Thanit, the owner of Punyarat Construction, takes his own life to escape mounting problems. His death forces his two sons, Tang and Tong—who are studying in the United States—to return to Thailand. Kamala, Thanit’s wife, considers selling the business because she feels incapable of managing it. However, Tang, the elder son, decides to quit his studies and step in to save the company.

At Thanit’s funeral, a woman named Nujaree introduces herself to Tang as the owner of Thewa Construction and an old friend of his father—someone Thanit had secretly supported in business. Tang struggles to gain acceptance from the board of directors, especially from Somchai, a key partner who has ambitions to take over the executive position.

As Tang begins managing the company, suspicious issues start to surface. Due to Somchai’s manipulation and sabotage, dissatisfaction grows among the executives, leading some to withdraw their shares and demand large sums of money back. Overwhelmed, Tang eventually turns to Nujaree for advice and receives strong support from her.

Meanwhile, his mother and younger brother Tong continue to create problems and add to his stress. Tang’s girlfriend, A-Care, who also suffered from her father’s suicide due to economic hardship, understands him deeply and stands by his side.

On the other hand, Tong takes advantage of Tang’s busy schedule to get close to A-Care. Her family’s dessert business begins to do well, but tragedy strikes when her mother is severely injured in a car accident and hospitalized.

Tang must face numerous challenges, drawing strength from a symbolic golden junk boat model left by his father, which represents guidance and perseverance. When Somchai discovers that Nujaree is secretly helping Tang, he threatens to withdraw his shares.

In matters of love, Tong tries to win over A-Care. When kindness fails, he turns to cruelty—spreading rumors that Tang is romantically involved with Nujaree, which angers A-Care and her mother. Tong himself realizes his wrongdoing in developing feelings for a woman connected to his father. When he learns that A-Care does not love him, he commits a grave crime by assaulting her.

Despite the overwhelming problems in his life, Tang is determined not to run away like his father did. He believes that every problem has a solution.

As for how Tang will resolve all the conflicts surrounding him, his story continues in Sampao Thong (The Golden Junk).

At the Amatawong residence, a shocking tragedy unfolds when Ratchanee catches her husband, Sanya, cheating on her with Chanida and Yaowaret—two seductive stars from the Superstar Nightclub. Blinded by jealousy, Ratchanee grabs a gun and shoots at Sanya. Although the bullet misses, it startles him so badly that he falls down the stairs and dies from a broken neck. Seeing her husband’s sudden death, Ratchanee suffers a heart attack and dies as well.

After their deaths, the house is inherited by Sakda, their adopted nephew. However, the restless spirits of Sanya and Ratchanee haunt the house so fiercely that Sakda, along with the old servants Ruay and Muean, decides to summon a shaman to seal their spirits inside oil paintings of the couple. The house is then abandoned and left deserted.

Ten years later, Prakaisak Cherdchukiat returns to Thailand from Japan with his beautiful wife Krachangsi and their 5-year-old son, Aey, to take up a new position at a famous department store. Due to the sudden move, they have nowhere to stay, so Sakda allows them to live temporarily in the Amatawong house—without revealing its dark past. On their first day, young Aey explores a storage room and discovers the tightly bound oil paintings. Unaware of their significance, he unties them, accidentally releasing the spirits of Sanya and Ratchanee.

One day, Sanya realizes he can possess Prakaisak’s body and uses it to return to the nightclub in search of Chanida and Yaowaret, whom he still longs for. Meanwhile, at work, Prakaisak is constantly harassed by his ambitious assistant Prathinthong, who covets his position. Despite this, Prakaisak remains confident—until Sanya possesses him and takes him to the nightclub, where he reunites with Chanida and Yaowaret. Pretending to be Sanya’s younger brother sent to fulfill his wishes, Prakaisak promises to support them financially. The two women, currently down on their luck, are overjoyed and plan to take as much money from him as possible.

Prakaisak’s once orderly life spirals out of control. His return angers Police Lieutenant Pichan, who is infatuated with Chanida, and also Tu, a gambling den operator whose partner Yaowaret has disappeared. Pichan and Tu attempt to invade the Amatawong house but are repeatedly driven away by the ghosts. Tu then manipulates Ruen, a maid in the house, into helping him—and even seduces her.

Meanwhile, Chanida and Yaowaret continue exploiting Prakaisak, draining his finances even as he faces salary cuts due to work mistakes. Troubled and stressed—especially knowing that Krachangsi is saving to buy a house—Prakaisak begins to struggle. Pichan further fuels suspicion by turning Krachangsi against her husband, making her doubt his behavior.

Seeking new opportunities, Chanida and Yaowaret persuade Prakaisak to buy the failing Superstar Nightclub and revive it. Though the business becomes successful, managing it nightly while working during the day exhausts him, causing him to fall asleep at work frequently. Eventually, Prathinthong catches him, and he is fired.

As his life falls apart, Prakaisak begins to question what is happening and goes to the nightclub, only to discover that he now owns it—and is supporting two mistresses. At that moment, Krachangsi, who has been secretly investigating him, catches him in the act. Heartbroken, she leaves him and returns to her mother’s home.

At the same time, Ruen becomes pregnant by Tu, who refuses responsibility. Seizing the opportunity, she falsely claims the child is Prakaisak’s and elevates herself as the lady of the house. Desperate to reconcile with his wife, Prakaisak tries everything but fails.

Meanwhile, Sanya, now feeling guilty, joins forces with Ratchanee to help reunite the couple. They possess a medium to reveal the truth—that Prakaisak has been under supernatural influence. This begins to soften Krachangsi’s heart.

Fearing they will lose their financial source if the couple reconciles, Chanida and Yaowaret plot one final scheme: to kidnap Aey for ransom. However, they cannot enter the house due to the protective spirits. They consult a shaman, who tells them to reseal the spirits by using the oil paintings. They then team up with Tu to steal the paintings, manipulating Ruen into helping by promising reconciliation. Believing him, she succeeds in stealing the paintings, allowing the ritual to trap the spirits once more.

With the spirits gone, the kidnapping plan is set in motion.

Now, Prakaisak faces overwhelming problems—losing his job, conflict with his beloved wife, and his cherished son being kidnapped. This time, how will he overcome it all, especially with Sanya and Ratchanee’s spirits sealed once again?

Roy Likit (2005) — It is said… “No matter how life begins, once destiny draws people together, binding them with threads of love and deep affection, it will never fade away. Because love… is giving, without expecting anything in return!”

These words were concluded by Thomyantee in the final chapter, serving as the core idea and inspiration behind the novel Roy Likit.

When life begins with conflict—between Suea Mek and Mae Bua on one side, and Khun Pantipa and former district officer Wirat on the other—it inevitably affects the lives of two children… Fah and Bow.

No matter how their lives begin, or how much resentment is intended to be passed on, both girls grow up into young women in completely different environments. Fah, the daughter of a bandit, is raised in a wealthy and well-provided family. Meanwhile, Bow, born into a noble family, grows up struggling in hardship under the care of Suea Mek and Mae Bua.

Although the two girls are not related by blood, they share something equally precious: they are both nurtured with love. And what in this world could possibly resist love?

The story of Roy Likit unfolds with intrigue and emotional depth, making it one of Thomyantee’s most beloved works. The novel has been reprinted many times and adapted into various forms, including television dramas, radio dramas, and films.

Today, Channel 3 Thailand plans to bring it back once again as a television drama for audiences to enjoy.

“Everything Fah has thought and done already makes me happy, my child. A person’s worth is measured by two things: the work they do and the way they conduct themselves. Fah, you are a child both your father and I are deeply proud of. Hold on to your values. One day… you will understand that no matter what comes your way, your worth will never diminish.”

Because love… is giving, without expecting anything in return.

Previously… Asuraphon and Asuraphan are two giant deities who have been bitter rivals for ages. Both love to show off their powers and good looks in front of female giants and angels, which only fuels their long-standing dislike for each other.

One day, during a grand heavenly meeting, the two giants cause chaos by fighting over who gets to drive the royal chariot for Bussaba, a beautiful angel and secretary to the god Thao Kosi. Their duties in heaven are to drive chariots, but their desire to impress Bussaba leads to trouble. Enraged, Thao Kosi punishes them by sending them down to Earth to do good deeds and help humans. They are transformed into giant statues at Wat Arun and Wat Pho in Bangkok.

Meanwhile, Grandpa Perm, a Thai music teacher, takes children—Moddaeng and her friends Mint, Khemkhaeng, Pim, and Jeab—to watch a traditional dance performance by Khluay, who performs as Hanuman. Jenjira, Khluay’s friend, helps look after the children. When the kids argue, Grandpa Perm teaches them not to fight like the giants of Wat Arun and Wat Pho.

Asuraphon and Asuraphan, now trapped as statues, grow tired of their long punishment. They transform into humans and wander around the temples, trying to do good deeds for people. However, their misguided methods often lead to superstition and trouble instead of real help.

As punishment, the angel Bussaba turns them into dolls and places them under the care of two families: Asuraphon stays with Khemkhaeng’s family, and Asuraphan with Moddaeng’s family. They are told that for every good deed they perform, they will receive a magical “Khao Bin” medal. Whoever collects 999 medals will be allowed to return to heaven.

But things only get more chaotic as the two giants attempt to do good—often causing more problems than solutions. Their antics constantly give Bussaba headaches.

How chaotic and fun will the adventures of Asuraphon, Asuraphan, and the mischievous children become? Will the two giants ever make it back to heaven? Stay tuned to find out!
