Thalaesap Si Lueat (The Blood-Red Lake): Following the suicide of her father, Natcha, due to a business failure, Natcha, her mother Nonglak, and her younger sister Nongnut are forced to move from their mansion into a rented shophouse. Natcha begins searching for a job to support her family and applies at the real estate firm owned by Daran, a promising young businessman.

There, she encounters Kulacha, a rival from her student days. Seeking revenge, Kulacha uses her connection to Songphop—the managing director and Daran’s uncle—to hire Natcha as her personal secretary. However, Songphop takes a liking to Natcha and appoints her as his private nurse instead. Songphop’s blatant favoritism makes Daran immediately dislike Natcha, leading to constant bickering between the two.

As Songphop’s birthday approaches, he plans a celebration at "Phu Dara Resort," a lakeside retreat he built for his retirement. The resort sits beside a stunning lake that turns from emerald green during the day to a haunting blood-red at sunset. Local legend says a couple once drowned there in a whirlpool while fleeing from those who opposed their love, staining the water red.

The guests include:

  • Thakdanai: Songphop’s second brother and Daran’s father.
  • Thiphanan: A sister whose every business venture has failed.
  • Thossaphon: The youngest brother, along with his children Thossaporn and Thicha.
  • Kulacha: Who joins hoping to secure a future with Daran.

At the resort, Natcha meets Chaikorn (the manager), Pa Tha (the housekeeper), and Khanchit (the chef). During the preparations, Songphop suddenly suffers a heart attack and dies. While most are grief-stricken, Thiphanan and Thossaphon are delighted at the prospect of an inheritance. They attempt to rob Songphop’s safe, only to be terrified by what looks like his ghost standing behind them. In reality, Songphop had faked his death to test the loyalty of his family.

However, during the actual party, Songphop mysteriously vanishes. Natcha suspects Daran, as she saw him with Songphop last. She asks Chaikorn to take her out on the lake to investigate; while there, she falls into the water and is horrified to find Songphop’s actual corpse weighted down at the bottom of the lake.

Natcha is convinced it was murder. Greedy for the estate, Thiphanan and Thossaphon push to open the will, but they are thwarted: the will can only be read once the killer is caught. Back in Bangkok, Natcha enlists the help of Mokhasak, a crime reporter. She suspects Daran had a motive—revenge. Years ago, Daran’s college sweetheart, Kaew, left him to become Songphop’s mistress.

Was this tragedy Daran's revenge? How will Natcha uncover the truth? Find out in Thalaesap Si Lueat.

Fah Kap Tawan: Fuanfah (played by Paula Taylor) is the only daughter of Phaisan and Lolana, leading automotive tycoons in Thailand. Her parents intend for her to take over the family business and marry Pakorn (played by Kelly Tanapat), the son of a close family friend. However, Fuanfah discovers a shocking truth: she is not their biological child. They adopted her to help a Japanese business partner who went bankrupt and committed suicide.

Unable to accept the arranged marriage or her hidden past, Fuanfah flees to Hiroshima—her biological father's birthplace—despite not speaking a word of Japanese. Only her best friend, Jubjang, knows her whereabouts.

In Japan, Fuanfah encounters Tawan, a Thai Master’s degree student on a scholarship. They meet by chance when Fuanfah’s pocket is picked, leaving her unable to pay for a taxi. Tawan steps in to help and pays her fare. Since she has nowhere to go, Fuanfah follows him to an okonomiyaki shop owned by Mr. Yoshi, where Tawan works part-time alongside another Thai student named Jeab.

Mr. Yoshi offers Fuanfah a job at the shop. She soon learns about Tawan’s grueling routine: working early shifts, attending classes during the day, returning to the shop in the evening, and studying late into the night. He avoids socializing and women entirely, a habit he developed to stop himself from thinking about his ex-lover, Rarin, who married a powerful man named Katsu.

Fuanfah brings new life and smiles to the small restaurant, eventually breaking through Tawan’s walls. He begins teaching her Japanese and takes her sightseeing, causing feelings to blossom between them. However, things get complicated whenever Rarin turns to Tawan for comfort after being mistreated by Katsu. When Rarin realizes Tawan and Fuanfah are falling for each other, she tries to drive a wedge between them. She reveals to Tawan that Fuanfah is actually a wealthy heiress whose family company provides his very scholarship.

Feeling betrayed and intimidated by the massive status gap, Tawan shuts Fuanfah out. Heartbroken and believing Tawan hates her, Fuanfah decides to return to Thailand and fulfill her duties with Pakorn.

Back in Thailand, Fuanfah takes over the company management. Soon after, a new engineer arrives to begin his mandatory service to repay his scholarship—it is Tawan. Though they are reunited, Tawan remains distant, strictly maintaining a professional boundary as a humble employee. Fuanfah is left devastated by the widening gap between their hearts.

Sapai Sut Khua Mae Phua Sut Sa (Extreme Daughter-in-law & Sassy Mother-in-law): Sroi-inthanin has recently become a millionaire through her successful herbal business. However, her greatest heartbreak is her eldest son, Theeranit, falling in love with a "poor country girl" named Thansai. Thansai works as an agricultural show host at Theeranit's production company, recommended by his younger brother, Theeratham.

Sroi-inthanin’s stylist, Chai Diao, and her high-society friend, Wimala, constantly look down on Thansai, labeling her a social climber. They are unaware that Thansai’s family is actually "Old Money" nobility who chose a simple life on a farm in Nakhon Nayok to escape the city. When Theeranit introduces Thansai, Sroi-inthanin insults her so harshly that Theeranit declares he will marry her regardless. To force his mother's attendance at the wedding, he jokingly threatens to marry a transgender makeup artist named Ma-mai instead.

Sroi-inthanin eventually agrees to the marriage on the condition that the couple lives with her, secretly planning to break them up. She brings in Kulthida, Wimala’s niece, hoping to replace Thansai. Unknown to her, Kulthida is a troubled woman being used by Wimala and Chai Diao to seize the family fortune. Thansai discovers this plot and decides to "reverse-trap" them by having Theeranit pretend to be infatuated with Kulthida.

The plan escalates: Kulthida takes over Thansai’s hosting job but fails miserably due to her lack of skill, eventually exposing her own scheme in a recording captured by Theeratham. During a trip to the countryside, Thansai and her family rescue Sroi-inthanin after she gets lost in the forest. Later, Thansai nurses her back to health after a bout of food poisoning, causing Sroi-inthanin's heart to finally soften.

In a desperate final move, Wimala and Chai Diao try to frame Theeranit by drugging him and placing him in bed with Kulthida. Thansai uses this to "test" Theeranit’s love, leading to a massive misunderstanding where he nearly marries Kulthida to take responsibility. Kulthida begins acting like a tyrant toward Sroi-inthanin, who is shocked by her true nature. At the wedding, Wimala tries to blackmail Sroi-inthanin over a fake pregnancy, but Theeratham plays the recording of their confession, leading to their arrest.

Sroi-inthanin travels to the countryside to apologize and is stunned to find that Thansai’s family owns the vast estate. Thansai explains she wanted to be loved for who she is, not her wealth. Finally, Theeranit fakes a "memory loss" condition to test Thansai’s devotion one last time. When she vows never to leave him, he reveals the truth. The story ends happily with a double wedding for Theeranit and Thansai, alongside Theeratham and his partner, Som.

Phan Namsuphan, after graduating with a degree in law, worked as a trainee lawyer for nearly a year. When his military deferment period ended, he returned to his hometown. His parents, Kamnan Poon and Mrs. Chan, prepared a grand celebration to welcome their son home.

Phan wanted to become a soldier, but his father refused because he feared his son would suffer hardship. Instead, he bribed a military officer to prevent Phan from being drafted. When Phan found out, he argued with his father and even contemplated suicide. In the end, his parents had to give in. However, Phan drew a black card (exempting him from service), so he voluntarily enlisted using only a Grade 4 education certificate.

On his first day at the camp, Phan met new friends and also met Captain Chaweepong, whom he instantly fell for. His friend Am warned him to give up, as she was the cherished daughter of Colonel Phuan and Mrs. Chaiwong. But instead, this only made Phan more determined to win her heart, despite having a major rival: Major Doctor Suttisarn.

Phan volunteered to be the captain’s driver in hopes of courting her, but she rejected him every time. Still, she began to notice that Phan seemed far more intelligent than someone with only a Grade 4 education. Mrs. Chaiwong, who was extremely frugal, grew fond of Phan because he often brought her gifts and even collected bottles from the house to sell for profit—unaware that Phan was actually spending his own money on her.

Gradually, Phan realized that the captain was not arrogant, but rather well-mannered and a devoted daughter. Meanwhile, she also began to see his sincerity and started to waver.

Phan became a favorite of Mrs. Chaiwong by helping her make desserts, which made Colonel Phuan jealous. One day, the camp urgently ordered the captain to travel to another province to treat a patient. Colonel Phuan assigned Phan to drive her there.

On the way, bandits ambushed their car. Phan tried to help the captain escape, but they ended up at the bandits’ hideout and were captured. The bandit leader wanted the captain as his wife, so Phan tricked him by claiming she was already his wife and even kissed her in front of them. The leader reluctantly gave up.

While at the camp, the captain treated an injured bandit and told his wife that he must be taken to a hospital immediately or he would die. The bandit’s wife then secretly drugged the leader and his men with sleeping pills mixed in alcohol, allowing everyone to escape.

Back in Bangkok, Major Suttisarn rushed to propose marriage to the captain. Colonel Phuan agreed and gave Phan a chance as well—on the condition that he bring a large bride price.

Phan returned to Suphan to ask his parents to arrange the marriage. Both wedding processions arrived at the captain’s house at the same time. Major Suttisarn seemed to have the advantage, as many high-ranking officers came to support him.

However, when Colonel Phuan met Kamnan Poon, he was shocked—they had once been close friends. More importantly, Kamnan Poon was a major creditor to Colonel Phuan.

In the end, Colonel Phuan let Captain Chaweepong decide for herself whose proposal to accept.

Who will she choose?

Phu Kong Chao Sane (The Charming Police Captain): The fun begins when a high-spirited young police officer with strong ideals, Captain Mana (played by Mos Patiparn), is transferred to the Samran Rot Police Station. There, he reunites with Captain Khemanit (played by Jakjaan Akamsiri), a childhood friend who has grown into a tough, sharp-tongued female officer.

They are joined by a hilarious squad at the station:

  • Sergeant Damkoeng: A traffic cop who has lost his passion for police work. He finds more joy in running his mini-mart and selling rice, treating his badge like a side hobby.
  • Sub-Lieutenant Sukree (nicknamed Lieutenant Pig): A "mama's boy" officer who tries his best but is incredibly clumsy. The more he rushes, the more he panics and messes up.
  • Captain Samat: Mana’s self-proclaimed rival. He constantly boasts that he is the ultimate "cool guy," born to outshine famous actors and claiming to be best friends with George W. Bush—though it’s all in his head.
  • Sing and Yod: The inseparable comic duo from the suppression unit who go everywhere together.

The chaos extends beyond the force to the local citizens:

  • Pa Mai: Samat’s mother, who openly adores Mana while constantly scolding her own son.
  • Awut: A civilian volunteer whose "face is his weapon." He prides himself on doing things the police can't (or shouldn't) do, like bickering with kids or picking fights in the neighborhood.
  • Som-O: Sergeant Damkoeng’s cheerful, fun-loving daughter.
  • Chai: A crime reporter stationed at the precinct who acts as a constant thorn in the side of every officer.

The series explores the messy, funny, and never-ending interactions between the police, the public, and the criminals. Each episode features guest stars and provides moral lessons, reminding viewers that living under the law isn't so difficult. By the end, you might find yourself loving the police a little more, just as they learn to love the citizens they serve.
