Synopsis

Roy Likit (2005) — It is said… “No matter how life begins, once destiny draws people together, binding them with threads of love and deep affection, it will never fade away. Because love… is giving, without expecting anything in return!”
These words were concluded by Thomyantee in the final chapter, serving as the core idea and inspiration behind the novel Roy Likit.
When life begins with conflict—between Suea Mek and Mae Bua on one side, and Khun Pantipa and former district officer Wirat on the other—it inevitably affects the lives of two children… Fah and Bow.
No matter how their lives begin, or how much resentment is intended to be passed on, both girls grow up into young women in completely different environments. Fah, the daughter of a bandit, is raised in a wealthy and well-provided family. Meanwhile, Bow, born into a noble family, grows up struggling in hardship under the care of Suea Mek and Mae Bua.
Although the two girls are not related by blood, they share something equally precious: they are both nurtured with love. And what in this world could possibly resist love?
The story of Roy Likit unfolds with intrigue and emotional depth, making it one of Thomyantee’s most beloved works. The novel has been reprinted many times and adapted into various forms, including television dramas, radio dramas, and films.
Today, Channel 3 Thailand plans to bring it back once again as a television drama for audiences to enjoy.
“Everything Fah has thought and done already makes me happy, my child. A person’s worth is measured by two things: the work they do and the way they conduct themselves. Fah, you are a child both your father and I are deeply proud of. Hold on to your values. One day… you will understand that no matter what comes your way, your worth will never diminish.”
Because love… is giving, without expecting anything in return.
Follow the story in Roy Likit.
