Synopsis
"Rak Jat Tem" (Love Full On) is a series that gathers stories of relationships between couples with vastly different attitudes toward marriage.
First, there’s the newlywed couple of the year, Pae and Mon Thong, who seem perfect on the outside but are shocked by each other's behaviors that they never saw while dating. For instance, Pae snores so loudly that even playing rock music with earplugs can’t drown it out. Or Mon Thong’s mother’s addiction to eating durian with fermented fish (PLA RA), which causes Pae and his mother-in-law to literally turn their noses up at each other.
The difficulties for Pae and Mon Thong escalate when they accidentally sign a contract to be presenters for sanitary ware and bathroom products. The contract stipulates that they must act like an enviable couple in public until the contract expires.
Then there is another couple with completely opposite lifestyles, representing the couples of 2013. If they aren't confident in the stability of their partnership, they absolutely refuse to hear wedding bells (deep down, they are afraid of marriage). This is an "It's Complicated" couple who refuse to define their relationship like others. They believe that if they are happy dating today, that’s enough—no need to worry about the future. Or if one day they want to see other people, they can just say so directly without hard feelings. You could call it a truly "Post-Modern" relationship.
The series also features the story of an exemplary older couple—the parents' generation—who uphold the traditional motto of "holding the golden cane and diamond club" (meaning staying together until old age). Additionally, many single men and women will join to share their perspectives on finding true love.
How bizarre and entertaining will the obstacles in these diverse relationships be? Tune in to "Rak Jat Tem" (Love Full On), airing every Sunday at 23:30 on Thai TV Channel 3.
