Synopsis

After the Big Boss managed to escape in the previous season, he returns this time by disguising himself as various high-ranking officials to manipulate operations and achieve his goals. With his masterful disguise skills, he seamlessly fools everyone, leaving no one aware of his true identity. The "Tawandang" house serves as the secret headquarters for the organization codenamed Black Evil, the old enemy of Nang Suea (Tiger Woman). The place is heavily guarded as it is a stronghold filled with deadly weaponry.
The Big Boss disguises himself as Deputy Kongkiat and makes deals to sell national secrets and territorial resources to foreigners until he is supposedly caught by the authorities. The evidence tightly frames the real Deputy Kongkiat, leaving him no way out.
Rittichai, a former top police captain, and Dao believe there is a complex conspiracy at play. Dao assigns Phai and Janjira to keep watch over Don Suea village, while she and Rittichai head to Bangkok to uncover the truth and prove the real Deputy Kongkiat's innocence.
A convoy transporting the Deputy from Bangkok to Naresuan Camp is ambushed by criminals who manage to snatch him. A surviving officer testifies that it was the Deputy's own men who came to break him out.
Rittichai and Dao meet with Aphichat and Jakjan at Aphichat's office to discuss the situation. While the four are talking, police officers arrive to take Aphichat and Rittichai in for questioning, reasoning that since both were close to the Deputy, there is evidence suggesting they might be accomplices. Jakjan is furious and wants to fight back, but Dao stops her, stating that this must be a job for Nang Suea.
At the police headquarters, Rittichai and Aphichat meet Deputy Sakda, who has been appointed to replace Kongkiat. Sakda suggests they confess for a lighter sentence, but they refuse to admit to something they didn't do. They are transported under heavy guard to prevent a breakout, but the convoy is intercepted by criminals—who are actually fake officers sent to silence them. Suddenly, the cry of the Wind Hawk echoes, and two dark figures appear. It is Nang Suea, who unleashes a hail of bullets, wiping out the attackers and saving Rittichai and Aphichat. The rescuers are none other than Dao and Jakjan.
Dao and Jakjan take Rittichai and Aphichat to hide at Uncle Det and Saeng's camp in Don Suea village. The group concludes they must find out who authorized foreign companies to open logging concessions that cover almost half of the country's forests, along with other key national resources. In truth, the high-ranking officials and ministers who signed the approvals were all the Big Boss in disguise, while the real officials had been kidnapped and imprisoned in the enemy's main camp.
Rittichai and Aphichat discover that all the approvals are being managed by a Thai businessman who acts as a broker for the foreigners. This man, who has numerous connections across various departments, is Nuphan Nammongkoldee (who is actually the Big Boss in disguise, with the real Nuphan also captured by Black Evil).
Dao discovers that this time, the evil organization is using a smarter tactic. Instead of using force to evict or coerce the villagers like before, they use money to win their hearts. They open legal logging camps, entertainment bars, and provide great welfare. It appears as though they are bringing income and development to the community, making the villagers oblivious to the threat. As a result, Nang Suea is no longer wanted by the locals.
Aphichat and Rittichai sneak into Nuphan's house to find out who is behind the concessions, only to find him shot dead (the Big Boss had a minion disguise himself as Nuphan and killed him). They find a small flash drive under the desk and take it. As they try to escape, Deputy Sakda and Captain Sattaya (both of whom took bribes from the Big Boss to sell out their country) arrive with a SWAT team to hunt them down. A fierce gunfight ensues, but Aphichat and Rittichai narrowly escape. Deputy Sakda then holds a press conference framing them for Nuphan's murder.
Relentlessly hunted by both the corrupt police led by Sattaya and the Big Boss's men, Dao wants them to retreat to Don Suea. However, the two men refuse, fearing the enemy will destroy the village and that Uncle Det and the Nang Suea team wouldn't be able to hold them off. They also don't want Nang Suea to be forced to kill innocent uniformed officers who are just following orders.
Meanwhile, the forests are being cut down, natural gas is being transported, and rice fields are being controlled to export crops to unknown destinations. Nang Suea cannot intervene because everything is being done legally, with fake officials ordering authorities to protect and facilitate the operations.
Eventually, the Big Boss's forces track down Rittichai and Aphichat. They ruthlessly open fire on the two men and innocent villagers. Rittichai and Aphichat are severely injured. Just as the villains step in to finish them off, the Wind Hawk's cry rings out. A jeep speeds in, and Dao, Jakjan, Phai, and Janjira, dressed in tactical gear, leap into action, gunning down all the attackers.
Dao takes the critically wounded Rittichai and Aphichat into a valley to seek a monk's help, with Uncle Det, Saeng, and the bandit members assisting. Dao, Jakjan, and Phai kneel and pray for the monk's aid. Suddenly, a golden light envelops Rittichai and Aphichat. Uncle Det and the others are amazed when the two men emerge from the cave completely healed, without a single scratch. Now, Rittichai and Aphichat have also gained the same sacred protective powers as Dao, Jakjan, and Phai.
Dao decides to rob the camps and take back all the timber, causing massive disruption until the logging camps are forced to temporarily close. The villagers are furious with Nang Suea, but Dao ignores them and continues to destroy the enemy's operations. The enraged Big Boss brings in a dark sorcerer named Kayamang to eliminate Nang Suea and her team. Kayamang brings an ancient, cursed statue of "Nang Ngu Keng Kong" (the Snake Woman) to life. He also enchants a magical doctor's knife, the only weapon capable of destroying her, keeping it as a failsafe in case she becomes too powerful and turns on them. He then orders the Snake Woman to hunt down and kill Nang Suea's entire team.
The Snake Woman is incredibly deadly, killing her targets by releasing venomous snakes. According to legend, she was betrayed in love by other women, causing her to view all women as enemies. Upon seeing Nang Suea, she attacks relentlessly. Since the Snake Woman is invincible to normal weapons, Nang Suea is unable to defeat her and is forced to constantly evade and run.
Kayamang sends the Snake Woman to kill Rittichai, but she unexpectedly falls in love with him. Even while continuing her hunt for Nang Suea, she protects Rittichai from the Big Boss's men by kidnapping him and hiding him in her cave. This infuriates the Big Boss. Dao and the others cannot locate Rittichai—even the Wind Hawk's vision is blocked by the Snake Woman's magical barrier. However, Dao is confident Rittichai is safe because she knows the Snake Woman is infatuated with him. Dao uses this time to continuously raid and destroy the enemy's sub-camps, multiplying the Big Boss's fury.
The Big Boss decides to get rid of the Snake Woman but worries no one else can handle Nang Suea. He devises a plan to use Rittichai as leverage. He sends minions to surround the cave while Kayamang lures her out with a spell. Once she leaves, the minions capture Rittichai and lock him in a secret location.
Kayamang tries to cast a spell to turn the Snake Woman back into a statue so he can control her later, but she realizes his trick and fights back. Kayamang and his three disciples are unable to stop her. She kills Kayamang and collapses the cave, burying his body along with the magic knife, knowing it is her only weakness. One surviving disciple escapes and tells the Big Boss about the knife. The Big Boss orders his men to blow up the collapsed cave, retrieve the knife, and wait for the right moment to kill her once she outlives her usefulness.
The Big Boss uses Rittichai as a hostage, threatening to kill him if the Snake Woman doesn't eliminate Nang Suea. Furious but left with no choice, she fiercely hunts Nang Suea to save her love. Nang Suea's team is forced to retreat, as even their combined powers are no match for her.
Eventually, the monk reveals to them that only Kayamang's magic knife can kill the Snake Woman. Using the Wind Hawk's sight, the team discovers where Rittichai is being held. They raid the Big Boss's headquarters, successfully rescuing Rittichai while searching for the hidden magic knife.
However, the Snake Woman appears. Nang Suea engages her in a brutal fight but is overpowered. Just as she is about to be killed, Rittichai steps in, causing the Snake Woman to hesitate. At that moment, the Big Boss's minions arrive and open fire, shooting Rittichai down. Believing he is dead, the Snake Woman goes into a blind, grief-stricken rage and massacres the minions. In the chaos, the Big Boss's right-hand man seizes the opportunity and throws the magic knife, piercing her chest from behind. The Snake Woman disintegrates and dies.
With her gone, Nang Suea's team pushes forward. The Big Boss, Sakda, and Sattaya attempt to destroy evidence and execute the real imprisoned officials, but Nang Suea and Rittichai intervene just in time to save them. The Big Boss, Sakda, and Sattaya manage to flee. Eventually, Dao, Jakjan, Aphichat, and Rittichai corner the Big Boss. When he turns around, everyone is shocked to see that the Big Boss is actually the fake Deputy Kongkiat.
The fake Deputy Kongkiat shoots at them and runs. The team then sees Phai, Janjira, and Ngiw escorting the real Deputy Kongkiat and the other rescued officials out to safety. Dao, Jakjan, Rittichai, and Aphichat chase after the Big Boss but are intercepted by Sattaya and his gunmen. After a fierce shootout, Sattaya and his men are killed. When the team catches up, the Big Boss is already escaping in a waiting helicopter. Suddenly, an RPG rockets through the air, blowing the helicopter to pieces. It was fired by the real Deputy Kongkiat. An object falls from the sky, and Aphichat catches it—it is the rubber mask of Deputy Kongkiat's face.
The Black Evil organization is destroyed once again. Deputy Kongkiat holds a press conference, declaring all contracts made with foreign companies null and void, exposing them as a plot by Black Evil led by the Big Boss. Although the Big Boss's body wasn't found and he might return, the Deputy assures the public that they will always be ready. The team celebrates their successful mission and the return of peace.
