Synopsis

Satayu (Santisuk Promsiri) was once the most trusted subordinate of Police Lieutenant Colonel Patawee (Toon Hiranyasap), but Patawee eventually ordered his execution. However, Satayu survived. Harboring intense hatred and vengeance, he waited until Patawee’s first daughter was born. Satayu then kidnapped the infant. Terrified of facing the consequences, the hospital staff secretly swapped Patawee’s missing baby with the newborn daughter of a poor farmer named San, leading Patawee to believe that Netiya was his biological daughter.
Satayu raised Patawee’s daughter and named her Matsaya (Araya A. Hargate). He taught her all forms of thievery and combat, biding his time until she could return and assassinate her own father. Satayu established himself as the leader of a criminal syndicate called "Saming Sa." The syndicate kidnapped numerous orphans, raising and training them to become professional thieves to carry out robberies for the organization.
Twenty-four years pass. Matsaya has grown up alongside three other girls in the Saming Sa syndicate: Aiyara (Sara Legge), Khemika (Panchanida Srisamran), and Nattamon (Maneerat Kumoun), with Chanon (Apinan Prasertwattanakul) acting as their group leader. During their childhoods, Matsaya was sent off to be adopted by a British family, while Aiyara was adopted by a Russian minister.
While Matsaya was raised as an assassin and thief, Netiya (Primrata Dejudom) was raised as a spoiled, high-society young lady. Netiya has a younger sister named Nirada (Haru Yamaguchi), but the two don't get along well—especially because they are both in love with the same man: Police Inspector Singha (Theeradej Wongpuapan), the head of the Prime Minister's security detail, assisted by Captain Thawee (Saranyoo Prachakit) and Lieutenant Men (Peeraphan Areeyapan). (Note: Patawee has now become the Prime Minister).
Matsaya receives an order to assassinate Prime Minister Patawee at Netiya’s fashion show. However, the mission fails because Inspector Singha uses his own body to shield the Prime Minister from the bullet. Singha and Matsaya engage in a fierce fight, and Matsaya is nearly defeated until Aiyara steps in to rescue her. Furious at Singha for ruining her mission, Matsaya tries to kill him several times, but fails. Meanwhile, Singha begins to show a romantic interest in her, entirely unaware that she is the female assassin he has been hunting down.
Prime Minister Patawee receives a mysterious letter revealing that his biological daughter was swapped by Saming Sa. He assigns Singha and his son, Narathip (Warit Thipkomut), to uncover the truth. However, Netiya overhears the conversation, becomes suspicious, and investigates on her own until she discovers she is not the Prime Minister’s biological daughter. She keeps this truth a secret from everyone. Later, Singha travels to meet San, her biological father. Netiya secretly follows him but is caught by Singha. She begs him not to tell San she is his daughter, unable to accept that her real father is just an ordinary commoner.
By chance, Narathip meets Aiyara and instantly falls for her. Thinking she is merely the daughter of the Russian Minister, he persistently pursues her. Later, during a welcoming banquet for the Russian Minister, Matsaya, Khemika, and Nattamon disguise themselves as Russian showgirls. Aiyara acts as the inside operative, smuggling weapons in for them. Seeing an opening, Matsaya attempts to assassinate Prime Minister Patawee again. The attempt fails due to the tight police security, and Singha shoots and injures Matsaya. Suspecting Aiyara's involvement in the terrorist plot, Narathip volunteers to get close to her and uncover the truth.
After being shot, Matsaya is rescued by Rungrawee (Suangsuda Lawanprasert), the owner of an art gallery where Matsaya often sells her paintings. Rungrawee realizes Matsaya is from Saming Sa because she herself is a former member of the syndicate and was once Satayu’s lover. However, wanting to live a normal life, Rungrawee had left the organization.
Satayu severely reprimands Matsaya for failing to kill Patawee. Feeling sorry for her, Chanon, Aiyara, Khemika, and Nattamon offer to help her assassinate Patawee. However, Satayu refuses their help, causing everyone to question why he insists that only Matsaya must be the one to kill him.
As Narathip continues to date Aiyara, Singha gets more opportunities to meet Matsaya. The closer they get, the more Singha notices Matsaya's intense, inexplicable hatred toward him. One day, Singha secretly follows her. Realizing she's being followed, Matsaya drops the act and shows Singha she intends to kill him. Singha finally pieces everything together and realizes Matsaya is a member of Saming Sa. Similarly, as Narathip grows closer to Aiyara, he eventually discovers that she, too, belongs to the syndicate.
Matsaya begins to suspect Satayu’s motives for ordering her to kill Patawee. After investigating, she is horrified to discover that she is, in fact, Prime Minister Patawee's biological daughter. She is shocked and devastated that Satayu—whom she loved and respected as her own father—had stolen her from her family solely to manipulate her into killing her real father.
Narathip begs Aiyara to turn over a new leaf and provide the police with information about Saming Sa. Aiyara consults Matsaya, but Matsaya refuses to commit, consumed by her desire for revenge against Satayu. Aiyara then tells Singha everything. Worried for her safety, Singha confesses his love to Matsaya, but she does not reciprocate, remaining steadfast in her mission to kill Satayu. Singha then informs Prime Minister Patawee that Matsaya is his true daughter.
When Netiya finds out that Matsaya is the real daughter, she plots to eliminate her. Netiya tips off Commander Jeerawut (Jakkrit Ammarat) and Inspector Ayut (Pasin Ruangwut)—Singha's bitter rivals—so they can arrest Matsaya. However, Singha rescues Matsaya and helps her escape, deeply touching her with his devoted love.
Fueled by vengeance, Matsaya goes alone to kill Satayu, but she is captured and held hostage. Satayu demands that Patawee exchange his own life for his daughter's. Singha, the police, and Aiyara plan a massive raid on the Saming Sa compound. During the raid, Nattamon and Khemika repent and turn against the syndicate to help their friends. Together, Singha and Matsaya manage to defeat and supposedly kill Satayu and Chanon. Matsaya is critically injured and nearly dies, but ultimately survives. The four girls are overjoyed to be reunited and are granted a fresh start as lawful citizens for cooperating with the police. The romance between Singha and Matsaya blossoms, as does the relationship between Narathip and Aiyara.
However, the nightmare isn't over yet. Satayu and Chanon are not dead. Having fully recovered from their injuries, they plot a sinister return to hunt down and kill the four girls once and for all.
Who will survive, and who will perish? How will the love stories of the two couples conclude? Find out in the drama "Rahat Torachon" (The Criminal Code), airing every Wednesday and Thursday at 8:30 PM on Thai TV Color Channel 3. Premieres Thursday, February 3rd.
