Tone

Tone is a handsome and intelligent orphan raised by a village monk. A graduate in automotive mechanics, he is known for his kindness and his willingness to help anyone in need. His best friend, Sangthong, grew up alongside him as a fellow temple boy. The two have sworn a solemn oath to be brothers unto death. Sangthong, who loves to sing, constantly teases his friend by belting out a song titled "Tone" that he composed himself. He does this because Tone is deeply in love with Rarin, his childhood friend whose social status is far above his own.
The story takes a turn when Pun and Nut, siblings who own a car dealership, travel to the area to inspect some land. Nut and Tone clash immediately; she takes an instant dislike to him, calling him "Mr. Simpleton," while he retorts by calling her "The Great Lady." Meanwhile, Pun meets Rarin and finds himself falling for her.
This sparks the jealousy of Det, a local thug who considers Rarin his. Det attacks Pun, but Tone happens to pass by and intervenes, resulting in Det getting injured. Det’s father, Duang, is consumed by rage and vows to take Tone's life. However, the village monk intervenes, "begging for Tone's life" as a spiritual alms-offering. In exchange, Duang orders Tone to leave Khlong Nam Dang within 24 hours.
Realizing he is the cause of Tone's trouble, Pun invites Tone and Sangthong to move to Bangkok with him. Follow their journey in "Tone."
