Phu Kong Yod Rak / Yod Rak Phu Kong

Phan Nam Suphan (Sornram Theppitak), after graduating with a law degree, begins working as a trainee lawyer. When his military draft deferment expires, he returns to his hometown.
His father, Kamnan Phoon (Pairote Jaising), and his mother, Mrs. Chan (Atcharapan Paibulsuwan), prepare a grand welcome party for their son’s return. Phan wants to become a soldier, but his father strongly objects because he fears his son will have a hard life. So, Kamnan Phoon bribes the military recruitment officer to prevent Phan from being drafted.
When Phan finds out, he argues with his father and even plans to kill himself, forcing his parents to give in. However, Phan ends up drawing a black card, meaning he is not required to serve in the military. Determined to become a soldier, he volunteers as a conscript instead, using only a Grade 4 education certificate.
On his first day at the regiment, Phan meets new friends and also meets Captain Chaweephong (Tik Kanyarat Jiraratchakij). He falls for her at first sight. However, Am warns Phan to give up, because she is the beloved and overprotected daughter of Lieutenant Colonel Phuan (Montri Janeaksorn) and Khun Nai Chaiwawong (Duangta Toongkamanee).
Instead of discouraging him, the warning only makes Phan feel more challenged. He decides to try to “pluck a flower from the sky,” meaning he aims to win the heart of a woman far above his reach. His main romantic rival is Major Dr. Sutthisan (Krek Schiller).
