สิงหาคม พุทธศักราช 2488 ภายหลังสหรัฐอเมริกาทิ้งระเบิดปรมาณู ที่ฮิโรชิมา และนางาซากิ ญี่ปุ่นประกาศยอมแพ้สงคราม ทรัพย์สินนานัปการที่ยึดมาได้ ญี่ปุ่นต้องส่งคืนให้เจ้าของเดิม ยกเว้นทองคำแท้บริสุทธิ์จำนวนมาก จากเหมืองทองชายแดนไทย-พม่าในเขตหมู่บ้านชาวป่า ซึ่งญี่ปุ่นถลุงเก็บเอาไว้ได้จำนวนมหาศาล และให้ ร้อยเอก มาซากิ เป็นหัวหน้าหน่วยคอยดูแลรักษาเพื่อลำเลียงกลับญี่ปุ่น สถานการณ์ไม่ปลอดภัย ทางหน่วยเหนือสั่งให้ร้อยเอกมาซากิ นำทองทั้งหมดไปซ่อนเอาไว้ในที่ปลอดภัย มาซากิขอความช่วยเหลือจาก เหมยลี่ เมียสาวชาวป่าช่วย ลำเลียงทองไปหาที่ซ่อนในถ้ำใต้น้ำ แต่เรื่องนี้เล็ดลอดไปถึงหูของ โทมัส นักโทษชาวออสเตรเลีย ซึ่งเจ็บแค้นพวกญี่ปุ่นเป็นทุนอยู่แล้ว เขาจึงรวบรวมพรรคพวกวางแผนเข้าปล้นทอง ขณะที่มาซากิกำลังลงเรือหาที่ซ่อนทองอยู่กลางแม่น้ำ มาซากิตัดสินใจให้เหมยลี่พา โยชิ ลูกชายวัย 8 ขวบ หลบหนีไปก่อน จากนั้นจึงระเบิดเรือทิ้งแล้วหนีหายไปกลางแม่น้ำ ทำให้แผนของโทมัสกับพวกล้มเหลว ทองถูกซ่อนไว้ในสถานที่ลึกลับซึ่งไม่มีใครพบเจออีก มาซากิพยายามตามหาเหมยลี่และโยชิแต่ไม่เจอ ในที่สุดมาซากิตัดสินใจกลับญี่ปุ่นไปและแต่งงานใหม่ เรื่องราวของทองค่อย ๆ เลือนหายไปเหลือไว้เพียงตำนาน และคำเล่าลือ พ.ศ. 2558 หรือ 70 ปีต่อมา ชนะชัย มหาเศรษฐีใหญ่คนหนึ่งที่หมกหมุ่นกับการตามล่าหาสมบัติจากสมัยสงครามโลกครั้งที่ 2 ได้ยินข่าวลือเรื่องที่ซ่อนทองอีกครั้ง ชนะชัยจึงร่วมมือกับคณะนักธรณีวิทยาจากออสเตรเลียคือ โอลิเวีย และ ไรอัล ให้มาช่วยงานค้นหาทอง หญิงสาวจากญี่ปุ่น นาม เคียวโกะ บินมาตามหาพ่อชื่อโยชิ เนื่องจากโยชิมาเมืองไทยแล้วหายสาบสูญไป เคียวโกะมีเพื่อนสนิทชื่อ เพียงมาศ ซึ่งเป็นนักข่าว ทาเคชิ ซึ่งรู้ว่าโยชิคือทายาทของมาซากิ จึงแกล้งทำดีกับเคียวโกะและเพียงมาศ เพื่อหลอกใช้ให้หาเบาะแสขุมทองมาซากิ คิน ชายหนุ่มชาวเสอปาลูกชายของ นายพลลี ซึ่งเป็นหัวหน้าหมู่บ้าน และ ซอซอ หมู่บ้านนี้มี เฒ่าลิ้นดำ เป็นผู้นำทางจิตวิญญาณ และมี ตาเผ่เป็นผู้ช่วย ในคืนพิธีบูชาจันทร์ คนในหมู่บ้านเสอปาจะต้องหาหญิงพรหมจรรย์ มาเพื่อทำพิธีบูชาโรนิน (งูยักษ์) โดยนำมาลอยแพ ครั้งนี้ เฒ่าลิ้นดำได้เลือก จันดี เพื่อนหญิงของคิน แต่จันดีไม่ยอมพยายามจะหนี คินรู้สึกสงสารจึงเข้าช่วยเหลือ ทำให้จันดีต้องหนีออกจากหมู่บ้านไปอาศัยอยู่กับ ภูผา มดแดง หนูหริ่ง ตาผีบ้า และ แก๊งขอทานที่หมู่บ้านผี คิน ชอบฝันประหลาดมาตั้งแต่เด็ก โดยมักฝันว่ากำลังดำน้ำกับผู้ชายคนหนึ่งอยู่เสมอ คินเล่าให้พ่อและแม่ฟังแต่ทุกคนมีพิรุธแล้วก็ตัดบทไม่ให้คินสนใจเรื่องนี้อีกต่อไป แม่ของคินไม่สบาย คินต้องการหาเงินมารักษาแม่ จึงไปเป็นไกด์รับจ้างกับเพื่อนที่ชื่อ กะยอ และไปมีเรื่องกับพวกชนะชัยและไรอัลทำให้ถูกไล่ล่า คินและกะยอจึงหลบไปเป็นไกด์ให้เคียวโกะกับเพียงมาศ เมื่อทาเคชิเห็นคินก็รู้สึกสนใจ เพราะรูปร่างลักษณะของคิน น่าจะไม่ใช่ชาวเสอปาแน่นอน ทาเคชิพยายามซักถามเรื่องพ่อแม่ของคิน เพราะสงสัยว่าคินอาจเป็นลูกชายของโยชิ ทายาทของร้อยเอก มาซากิ ซึ่งหากเป็นเช่นนั้นจริงแผนที่ขุมทองต้องอยู่กับคินแน่นอน ชนะชัย ไรอัล โอลิเวีย เริ่มระแคะระคายเรื่องของคิน และพยายามตามล่าตัวมาให้ได้ ทำให้คินต้องหลบหนีโดยได้ภูผา จันดี มดแดง หนูหริ่ง ตาผีบ้า กับพวกแก๊งขอทานคอยช่วยเหลือ คินตัดสินใจหนีกลับไปหมู่บ้านเสอปา เพราะเข้าใจว่าบ้านน่าจะปลอดภัยที่สุด แต่แล้วกลับพบความจริงว่า นายพลลี ไม่ใช่พ่อที่แท้จริงของเขา และคินคือทายาทรุ่นหลานมีพ่อชื่อโยชิ และมีปู่คือร้อยเอก มาซากิ แต่โยชิถูกคนบ้าทองตามไล่ล่า โดยฆ่าเมียและขโมยลูกไป ทำให้โยชิต้องหนีกลับญี่ปุ่น ส่วนคินถูกเฒ่าลิ้นดำนำมาที่หมู่บ้านเสอปา และยกให้นายพลลีเลี้ยง เพียงมาศรู้สึกสงสารคิน เพราะขณะนี้คินกำลังถูกไล่ต้อนจากคน 3 กลุ่มคือ หนึ่งกลุ่มของชนะชัย สองกลุ่มทาเคชิและเคนตะ มาเฟียญี่ปุ่น สามกลุ่มเฒ่าลิ้นดำชาวเสอปา เพียงมาศและเคียวโกะพยายามช่วยให้คินหนี และเริ่มผูกพันซึ่งกันและกันจนกลายเป็นความรัก แต่แล้วคินถูกเฒ่าลิ้นดำจับได้ และนำคินเข้าพิธีอาบน้ำจันทร์ ในคืนขึ้น 5 ค่ำ เดือนเสี้ยว และให้คินลงไปแช่น้ำ จากนั้นก็มีภาพบางอย่างปรากฏขึ้นลาง ๆ ที่กลางหลังสักครู่ก็หายไป ซึ่งทุกคนแน่ใจว่านั่นคือแผนที่ทองมาซากินั่นเอง ในขณะนั้นชนะชัย ไรอัลและโอลิเวีย ปรากฏตัวขึ้นและยิงถล่มหมู่บ้าน คิน เพียงมาศ เคียวโกะ พากันหนีลงเรือไป ทาเคชิ และเคนตะตามมาจึงเกิดการต่อสู้กันขึ้น ทำให้เพียงมาศตกลงไปในน้ำคินจึงโดดลงไปช่วย แต่แล้วทาเคชิและเคนตะ มองเห็นแผนที่บนแผ่นหลังของคินจึงโดดลงน้ำตามไป เมื่ออยู่ใต้น้ำแผนที่บนหลังของคินก็ปรากฏชัดเจนขึ้น เพียงมาศรีบบอกทางให้คินว่ายไปตามแผนที่ ทาเคชิและเคนตะว่ายน้ำตามไปโดยไม่มีใครรู้ ขณะที่บนท้องฟ้าไรอัลและโอลิเวีย ใช้สัญญาณจีพีเอสซึ่งแอบฝังไว้ในตัวคิน สะกดรอยตามแล้วใช้เครื่องบินตามมา เคียวโกะ ภูผา กะยอ จันดี มดแดง และพวกขอทาน เห็นเครื่องบินก็ช่วยกันระดมยิง จนเครื่องบินไฟไหม้และกำลังจะตก ไรอัล โอลิเวียกระโดดจากเครื่องบิน พร้อมอุปกรณ์ดำน้ำ และดำดิ่งลงไปสู่ใต้ท้องน้ำ ขณะที่เครื่องบินระเบิดตูมกลางท้องฟ้า เมื่อดำน้ำไปตามแผนที่เรื่อย ๆ ทุกคนก็ไปโผล่ที่ถ้ำแห่งหนึ่งซึ่งเต็มไปด้วยทอง ทาเคชิและเคนตะ ตื่นเต้นกับทองคำมากมาย เมื่อชนะชัย ไรอัล และโอลิเวียมาถึงถ้ำ ก็รู้สึกตื่นเต้นไม่แพ้กัน ด้วยความโลภทำให้ทุกคนแสดงธาตุแท้ออกมา ต่างฆ่ากันและกัน ทั้งฆ่าฝ่ายตรงข้าม ทั้งฆ่าหักหลังกันเองจนทำให้ถ้ำใต้น้ำถล่ม คินและเพียงมาศพยายามหนีจากถ้ำ แต่หาทางออกไม่ได้ และแล้วตาผีบ้าก็ปรากฏตัว รีบพาคิน และเพียงมาศหนีออกมาได้ก่อนที่ถ้ำใต้น้ำจะถล่ม ตาผีบ้าจับมือคินแล้วพาว่ายน้ำเหมือนในความฝัน ทำให้คินเริ่มจำได้ว่าตาผีบ้าก็คือพ่อของเขา และเคียวโกะก็คือน้องสาวต่างมารดานั่นเอง ทองมาซากิ อัครพล (วัชรบูล ลี้สุวรรณ) หนุ่มเจ้าของอู่ซ่อมรถ และในบางโอกาสก็หารายได้ก้อนโตจากการแข่งรถ ในสนามที่เปิดรับนักแข่งอิสระไม่สังกัดค่าย โดยมีกลุ่มสี่คนแคระเพื่อนซี้ เปี๊ยก (บิลลี่ ผีน่ารัก), โต (เกตุ ซุปเปอร์แคระ), ต้อ (จิ๋ว ฮาจะเกร็ง), ตั้ม (น๊อต ซุปเปอร์แคระ) เป็นทีมช่างโมดิฟายเครื่องคู่ใจ ก่อนการแข่งขันรถครั้งใหม่ บังเอิญอัครพลไปมีปากเสียงกับ โสรยา (กัญญา รัตนเพชร์) ลูกสาวคนเดียวของ สมยศ (วันชัย เผ่าวิบูล) เจ้าของบริษัทนำเข้ารถยนต์ที่เพิ่งกลับจากเมืองนอกเพราะโสรยาเผลอขับรถเข้ามาในเขตวันเวย์ จนรถเกือบประสานงากับรถของอัครพล ทั้งสองมีปากเสียงแบบไม่มีใครยอมใคร ก่อนที่โสรยาจะยอมล่าถอยไปเพราะเธอเป็นฝ่ายผิดเต็ม ๆ โสรยาได้พบกับอัครพลอีกครั้งในสนามแข่งรถ ซึ่งโสรยาตั้งใจจะมาหานักแข่งฝีมือดี เข้ามาร่วมทีมสมยศเรซซิ่งที่เธอเป็นผู้ก่อตั้ง นักแข่งรถรูปหล่อยอดอัจฉริยะสังกัดค่ายดัง ที่ได้ชื่อว่าเป็นมือหนึ่งและมีชื่อเสียงระดับประเทศ สายฟ้า (ฐปนัท สัตยานุรักษ์) นักแข่งหน้าใหม่ที่โดดเด่นในสนามแข่ง โจ้ (สิทธิพันธ์ กลมเกลี้ยง) และ สิงห์ (ชาลี กรรณสูต) สองนักแข่งจากค่ายศักดิ์สิทธิ์มอเตอร์ของ ศักดิ์สิทธิ์ (พงศนาถ วินศิริ) นักธุรกิจพ่อของ ศักดิ์ชาย (อติรุจ สิงหอำพล) หนุ่มที่รักการแข่งความเร็วนอกสนามเป็นชีวิตจิตใจ และมักไปพนันทุกที่ที่มีการลักลอบจัดการแข่งขันขึ้น โดยร่วมมือกับ บิ๊ก เทอร์โบ (กรกฎ ธนภัทร) หัวหน้าแก๊งรถซิ่งชื่อดัง และให้บิ๊กส่งโจ้กับสิงห์สองนักซิ่งในแก๊งมาสังกัดทีม ศักดิ์ชายดีใจมากที่ได้เจอโสรยาที่สนามแข่งรถ เพราะเขาชอบเธอมานานแล้ว แต่โสรยาไม่เคยคิดจะชอบศักดิ์ชายเลย มิหนำซ้ำวันนี้ศักดิ์ชายยังควง การ์ตูน (พัชชุดาห์ พันธุ์พิพัฒน์) ดาราสาวเซ็กซี่คู่ขาของเขา ที่ต้องการจะเข้าร่วมทีมของศักดิ์ชายในฐานะนักแข่งรถ การแข่งขันจบลงด้วยชัยชนะของอัครพล สร้างความเจ็บแค้นให้สิงห์ศัตรูคู่อาฆาตที่เกลียดชังอัครพล เพราะมีฝีมือกว่าตนมานานแล้ว ในขณะที่โจ้ซึ่งเป็นคู่แข่งของอัครพลในสนาม แต่นอกสนามทั้งคู่เป็นเพื่อนรักกันมาก เพราะในอดีตสมัยอัครพลยังเป็นวัยรุ่น เขาเคยอยู่ร่วมแก๊งรถซิ่งของบิ๊กมาด้วยกัน แต่เมื่อรู้ว่าแก๊งของบิ๊กพัวพันกับงานผิดกฎหมายหลายอย่างอัครพลจึงถอนตัว บิ๊กยังคงเสียดายในฝีมือขับรถของอัครพลมาก ยังอยากได้อัครพลกลับมาอยู่ร่วมแก๊งตลอดเวลา จึงยอมปล่อยอัครพลรู้ความลับของตนไปอย่างง่ายดาย ส่วนโจ้ยังคงอยู่ในแก๊งของบิ๊ก เพราะหลงรัก แซมมี่ (อมีนา พินิจ) น้องสาวสุดซ่าของบิ๊กแบบหัวปักหัวปำ แม้จะรู้ตลอดเวลาว่าคนที่แซมมี่หลงรักคืออัครพล เมื่อการแข่งขันจบลงแต่สิงห์ไม่ยอมจบเพราะยังแค้นอัครพลอยู่ จึงแอบไปพังอู่ของอัครพลและขโมยเงินรางวัลทั้งหมดของเขาไป ทำให้อัครพลลำบากมาก โสรยาที่หมายตาอยากได้อัครพลมาร่วมทีม จึงฉวยโอกาสนี้ติดต่ออัครพลไปร่วมทีม แต่อัครพลปฏิเสธและตัดสินใจย้ายไปอยู่ที่บ้านสี่แคระที่บ้าน และได้ช่วยเหลือ หลินจง (ธนพร บางชะวงษ์) ลูกสาว เถ้าแก่เบ๊ (พิพัฒนพล โกมารทัต) ที่ถูกพวกผู้ร้ายมาดักฉุดไปข่มขืน จากการช่วยเหลือของอัครพลได้สร้างความประทับใจให้หลินจงเป็นอย่างมาก จนหลินจงคอยส่งข้าวส่งน้ำให้อัครพลและสี่แคระ ขณะเดียวกันโสรยาที่ยังไม่ยอมแพ้เรื่องการจัดตั้งทีม จึงพยายามตามตื้ออัครพล คริส และสายฟ้า สามนักแข่งฝีมือดีที่เธอหมายตา โดยไม่รู้ว่าบิ๊กก็หมายตาทั้งสามมาร่วมงานผิดกฎหมายของเขาเช่นกัน บิ๊กได้จัดแข่งแรลลี่กรุงเทพ-พัทยา โดยมีข้อแม้ว่าหากอัครพลชนะ จะได้เงินที่สิงห์ขโมยมาคืน พร้อมกับบิ๊กจะไม่ยุ่งกับเขาอีกต่อไป อัครพลตกลง ส่วนคริสที่อยากพิสูจน์ฝีมือกับอัครพลอีกครั้ง จึงยอมตกลงเข้าแข่งขัน สายฟ้าเองก็ถูกสิงห์ข่มขู่จนยอมเข้าแข่งขันในครั้งนี้ด้วย ทางบิ๊กก็ส่งสิงห์และโจ้ลงแข่งขันด้วย เพราะมั่นใจว่าสิงห์จะต้องชนะการแข่งขันแน่นอน โดยบิ๊กวางกลโกงเอาไว้ทุกอย่างแล้ว การแข่งขันปรากฏว่าคริสเป็นผู้ชนะ ส่วนอัครพลถูกกลโกงของสิงห์และบิ๊ก ทำให้เขาประสบอุบัติรถคว่ำระหว่างแข่งขัน สายฟ้าเห็นเหตุการณ์ก็ได้ช่วยเหลืออัครพล ทำให้ทั้งสองกลายเป็นเพื่อนกัน แซมมี่รู้ว่าสิงห์ทำร้ายอัครพลก็ทะเลาะกับสิงห์คู่ปรับของเธอ สิงห์เก็บความไม่พอใจในตัวแซมมี่มานานแล้ว พอดีแซมมี่ไปส่งของให้ เฮียหมา ที่ชายแดนตามลำพัง สิงห์จึงให้สมุนคู่ใจของตนตามไปเก็บแซมมี่ การตายของแซมมี่ทำให้โจ้เสียใจมาก แต่สืบหาตัวฆาตกรโดยพุ่งเป้าไปที่เฮียหมา ส่วนอัครพลบาดเจ็บขาหักต้องพักรักษาตัว สี่แคระออกหางานทำจนได้พบโสรยาอีกครั้ง สี่แคระพาโสรยามาหาอัครพลที่บ้านรองเท้า โสรยาเริ่มสนิทสนมกับอัครพล ส่วนสายฟ้าก็แวะเวียนมาหาอัครพลเสมอ เพื่อมาจีบหลินจงสาวสวยที่เขาหมายปอง ขณะที่คริสซึ่งแอบไปแข่งขันกับพวกบิ๊ก จนมีปากเสียงกับผู้จัดการทีมแข่งในสังกัด คริสตัดสินใจลาออกจากทีม และย้ายมาอยู่กับทีมของโสรยา ทำให้โสรยาดีใจมาก และเธอก็พาคริสมารู้จักกับพวกอัครพล จนคริสที่อยู่โดดเดี่ยวมาตลอด เริ่มมีเพื่อนกลุ่มใหม่ที่มอบมิตรภาพและความจริงใจให้เขา บิ๊กทำทุกวิถีทางเพื่อดึงคริสและสายฟ้ามาร่วมทีมของตน ขณะที่โสรยาก็ถูกสมยศขอร้องให้หมั้นหมายกับศักดิ์ชาย เพราะศักดิ์สิทธิ์พ่อของศักดิ์ชายได้ช่วยชีวิตเขาไว้จากการถูกลอบยิง โสรยากลุ้มใจมากจึงหนีมาหาอัครพล ในชณะที่คริสและสายฟ้าซึ่งถูกพวกบิ๊กตามหาเรื่องก็มาปรึกษาอัครพลเช่นกัน ส่วนหลินจงที่ทะเลาะกับเถ้าแก่เบ๊ เพราะเถ้าแก่เบ๊ไม่ชอบที่หลินจงมาวุ่นวายกับอัครพล จึงคิดจะส่งหลินจงไปอยู่ฮ่องกง หลินจงจึงหนีมาหาอัครพลอีกคน อัครพลเห็นทุกคนเดือดร้อนจึงตัดสินใจพาทุกคนเดินทางไปท่ามะปลิง เพื่อไปบ้าน ผู้ใหญ่รัตน์ (สงัด ชัยยะปัน) ลุงของเขา ที่นี่คริสได้ตกหลุมรัก อรอุมา (กมลวรรณ ศรีวิไล) น้องสาวของอัครพล ส่วนอัครพลก็รู้เรื่องที่ รัตนา (วรรณ บางใหญ่) แม่ของเขาหนีหายไปนานแล้วโดยไม่บอกเหตุผลใด ๆ อัครพลตั้งใจจะตามหาแม่ แต่เพราะต้องช่วยผู้ใหญ่รัตน์ต่อกรกับอิทธิพลมืดของ ผู้ใหญ่ดำ (เกียรติกร ท้วมดี) ที่พยายามบีบผู้ใหญ่ทุกหมู่บ้านให้เลือกตนเป็นกำนัน แต่ผู้ใหญ่รัตน์ไม่ยอมเพราะผู้ใหญ่ดำเป็นคนไม่ดี ถ้าได้เป็นกำนันผู้ใหญ่ดำก็คงทำร้ายชาวบ้านมากขึ้น ฝ่ายผู้ใหญ่ดำเองก็รู้ว่าผู้ใหญ่รัตน์พยายามปลุกระดมผู้ใหญ่บ้านทั้งหมด เพื่อคัดง้างอิทธิพลของตนจึงท้าแข่งขันกับทุกหมู่บ้าน โดยมีข้อแม้ว่าหากหมู่บ้านไหนแพ้ก็ต้องยอมเลือกตนเป็นกำนันโดยไม่มีข้อแม้ ผู้ใหญ่รัตน์มั่นใจว่าจะเอาชนะผู้ใหญ่ดำได้จึงตอบตกลง อัครพลและผองเพื่อนต่างช่วยผู้ใหญ่รัตน์และผู้ใหญ่ทุกหมู่บ้าน เอาชนะหมู่บ้านท่ามะดันของผู้ใหญ่ดำสำเร็จ Lan The, Ayutthaya is a remote area far from civilization where the law holds little meaning and the use of brute force is a common occurrence.

Srinuwan, the daughter of the local Kamnan (Sub-district Headman) Thong, is beautiful, talented, and as brave as any man. She is desired by many local men, including Saming, an ordinary villager.

During Srinuwan’s 20th birthday celebration, Banlue, the son of the influential Tycoon Chin, causes a disturbance and shoots Saming’s parents dead. Saming vows revenge for his parents, but Tycoon Chin, having connections with local officials, frames Saming as the culprit. Saming is forced to flee into the forest and hide with the bandit gang of Tiger Hien at Chong Lom Cliff. Meanwhile, Tycoon Chin is aided by Tiger Mahesak, a notorious and ruthless bandit.

Lersan, a young police cadet and the son of the provincial governor who owns much land in Lan The, visits the area during his school break to gain experience. He meets Srinuwan while she is performing Lam Tad (a traditional folk song) and falls in love with her. Srinuwan reciprocates his feelings, which causes great pain to Saming. However, Saming understands their love and asks to befriend Lersan.

Later, Srinuwan and Lersan secretly consummate their relationship, which Kamnan Thong eventually discovers. Lersan declares he will take responsibility by marrying Srinuwan, asking for three months to finish his studies first. On his journey back to Bangkok, Lersan gets into an accident that causes amnesia, erasing all his memories of Lan The. upon his return, his mother arranges for him to marry Soiphet, the daughter of her close friend.

While the plane of Dr. Ford McQueen (Tony Carne), a NASA scientist, is flying into Thai airspace, he encounters a strange phenomenon. The clear weather suddenly turns into a massive tornado. The pilot tries to steer the plane away from the storm's path, but the sudden maneuver causes it to lose control. Dr. Ford stares intently and tries to shout to the pilot that it is merely an illusion, but it is too late. The plane spins out of control and crashes in the middle of a valley. Major newspaper headlines report the crash, presuming there are no survivors.

Instead, he has gathered a team and armed forces to enter the Elephant Graveyard Forest in search of the "Siam Rubies," legendary gems with hundreds of years of history.

The Pink Ruby was recorded to have once belonged to the Prince of Mueang Nai and was passed down through generations. Currently, it is in the possession of Natasha (Patchuda Phanpipat), Dr. Ford's daughter. Touching the Pink Ruby made Dr. Ford obsessed and led him to discover a certain energy connected to the nuclear equation E=mc². Consequently, Dr. Ford decided to travel to Thailand to track down the remaining Siam Rubies—the Purple Ruby and the Red Ruby—to use them in his experiments. If successful, it would bring him fame equal to Einstein. His son, Stephen (Matthew Deane Chanthavanij), had already arrived ahead of him, accompanied by his trusted subordinate, Abdul Raheem (Yup Khan).

The Purple Ruby was in the possession of Lanna royals for many generations but had been lost for a long time. It wasn't until Dr. Ford's plane crashed in the Elephant Graveyard Forest that he discovered the Purple Ruby was hidden there. It possesses the power to create various illusions, making the Elephant Graveyard Forest as mysterious as the Bermuda Triangle, and claiming the lives of countless people who ventured into it.

The Red Ruby was in the possession of the Devi of Chiang Rung, adorning her crown. When the Chiang Rung dynasty was threatened, they fled to Thailand, bringing the crown with them. The current heir is the family of Marnfah (Chatchadaporn Thananta). However, Marnfah's family was assassinated by their servant, Nan Kham, who wanted to steal the Red Ruby. Fortunately, Marnfah, who was just a child at the time, was saved by her nanny, Bua Chum (Wiyada Umarin). Marnfah grew up in a jungle village, constantly training in martial arts, waiting for the day she could reclaim her Red Ruby.

Natasha flies to Thailand and tries to get close to the Sao 5 group, following her father's plan to recruit Don and Diao. She wants to use Don's clairvoyance and Diao's clairaudience to find the Purple Ruby. Meanwhile, the Red Ruby is currently in the hands of Dr. Wittaya (Athiwat Sanitwong Na Ayutthaya), Dr. Ford's treacherous former assistant, who managed to steal it from Nan Kham. This forces Marnfah to track Dr. Wittaya into the forest to get her ruby back.

Samdong Limpose, or Master Samdong (Nanthapol Kamutvanit), a Tibetan monk working for Dr. Ford, casts black magic on Don, Diao, Butsakorn, and Kratae. However, Don and Diao are protected by the holy power of their Buddhist amulets, making the magic ineffective on them. Butsakorn and Kratae, on the other hand, fall under the spell and join Dr. Ford's side. Don and Diao pretend to be under the spell as well. Dr. Ford continues his search for the Purple Ruby in the Elephant Graveyard Forest. Jenny, Chonlada, and Yuki secretly follow Don, Diao, Butsakorn, and Kratae into the forest but get lost. They encounter the rebel minority forces of General Jang Li (Pipatpol Komaratat) and his nephew, Pao Chang (Thassachai Chana-atthakan). Pao Chang tries to harm Jenny, Chonlada, and Yuki, but Ken (Gun Pakdeevijit), the twin brother of Can the wildman, steps in to save them. Ken guides the women toward the Elephant Graveyard zone, but they cannot cross the border due to the illusionary phenomena. However, the astral projection of Can the wildman guides Undertaker Taem (Krung Srivilai) to meet everyone there, telling Ken to help protect the Purple Ruby. They also run into Marnfah and Bua Chum, who have been tracking Dr. Wittaya's group into the forest.

With Don, Diao, Butsakorn, and Kratae missing and out of contact with headquarters, Therd, Yod, and Kring take on the mission to follow them into the jungle. This leads to a clash with Dr. Wittaya's group, which has now allied with the forces of Suea Son (Rit Luecha) and Godfather In (Oliver Beaver). However, Don and Diao manage to find the Purple Ruby hidden at a pagoda in the middle of the jungle first. Dr. Ford is overjoyed because he now holds two gems: the Pink Ruby and the Purple Ruby. But his joy is short-lived, as Pao Chang manages to steal the Purple Ruby. Meanwhile, Dr. Wittaya captures Natasha and successfully extorts the Pink Ruby from her. Simultaneously, Dr. Wittaya's group attacks General Jang Li's forces and steals the Purple Ruby back.

Don and Diao manage to free Kratae and Butsakorn from the black magic. They all escape and regroup with Therd, Yod, Kring, Jenny, Yuki, Chonlada, and Ken. However, Marnfah sneaks off to steal the Red Ruby first and is captured by Dr. Wittaya. Ken goes after her, rescues her, and brings her back to join the Sao 5 group.

Having acquired all three Siam Rubies, Dr. Wittaya begins his experiment using the equation E=mc². Although it is the equation for a nuclear bomb—the most destructive force on earth—incorporating the three Siam Rubies into the experiment produces the exact opposite effect. The resulting energy grants immortality, restoring youth to those who receive it and turning them into immortals who will never age or die. However, the catastrophic side effect of the experiment is the spread of illusionary phenomena, which would turn Thailand into a cursed land like the Bermuda Triangle, putting countless lives in grave danger.

When the Sao 5 group learns of this, they attempt to stop the experiment from succeeding. But the mission is far from easy. They must face the forces of General Jang Li and Pao Chang, who also want to possess the three Siam Rubies. Furthermore, Suea Son and Godfather In, who were once Dr. Wittaya's allies, are being manipulated and fed false information. But the biggest obstacle causing chaos for Sao 5 is the wicked plot of Stephen and Natasha. Exploiting the inherent goodness of the Sao 5 members, Natasha uses her feminine wiles to seduce, provoke, and sow discord among them. The Sao 5 team begins to fracture and misunderstand one another.

Chalam (Phathit Pisitkul), the son of Village Headman Phrao (Oliver Bever), graduated as a prospective ship captain. However, after clashing with top executives in his organization, he was framed for a disciplinary breach. Compounding this with a heartbreak—when his longtime girlfriend Lookpad (Arisa Will) breaks up with him on the day he proposes in order to date Dew (Sira Rattanaphokhasathit), a famous, flirtatious photographer who she believes can make her famous in the entertainment industry—Chalam turns his back on everything in the city. He returns to being a saltwater guy, helping Headman Phrao tend to the coconut orchard and running a small fishing business. Chalam claims his father's small island as his personal territory, living a solitary life there with his close buddies: Hoi (Nattapon Rattaniphon), a coconut orchard worker boy, and Uncle Po (Kriangsak Riantong), a gambling addict. They often go out to sea together, and it is widely known in the village that Chalam's diving skills are unmatched.

In Bangkok, Praewa (Karnklao Duaysianklao) is forced to marry Itthi (Atthachat Siphakdi) to please Phadet (Chuchai Busarakamwong), the grandfather who raised her since childhood after her parents died in a car accident. Itthi is the son of Akara (Pattana Tohchalee), a politician who has been close friends with Phadet for a long time. Praewa and Itthi have been betrothed by their elders since childhood. Praewa only feels for Itthi as a friend or older brother, but Itthi was raised to be strictly obedient to his parents and prioritizes his family's reputation, so he doesn't refuse the marriage. As the wedding day approaches, Praewa runs away, leaving an apology letter to Phadet stating that her whole life has followed the path her grandfather chose, but for love, she wants to choose her own path. The wedding is abruptly canceled. A furious Phadet sends people to search for Praewa everywhere, but neither he nor Itthi can find a trace of her.

Praewa sneaks out of the house, taking a taxi and falling asleep. She narrowly escapes being assaulted by the wicked taxi driver, unknowingly dropping her wallet in the process. She then escapes by hopping onto a truck carrying migrant workers, not caring where it's going as long as it's far from Bangkok. Exhausted, Praewa falls asleep again and wakes up at a migrant worker checkpoint, not knowing where she is or what province she is in, as she has always been raised like a little bird in a golden cage.

The police assume Praewa is an illegal immigrant. She denies it but has no proof, just realizing she lost her wallet. The police don't believe her and are about to take her to the station. Praewa runs for her life again until she reaches the pier where Chalam has parked his boat. She hides inside, with the police hot on her trail but unable to find her. After buying necessities, Chalam immediately sets sail back to his island. Along the way, Praewa emerges from hiding. Chalam makes a fuss, assuming she's an illegal immigrant fleeing the police, and decides to turn the boat around to hand her over. Praewa threatens to jump into the sea if he does. When Chalam tries to grab and tie her up, she resists, loses her balance, falls into the sea, and hits her head on a rock, falling unconscious. Chalam jumps in to save her and takes her unconscious body to the island to recover, while her backpack and belongings are lost to the sea.

Praewa wakes up at Chalam's seaside house and realizes she is on a remote island. Thinking this is a perfect hiding place from her grandfather, she fakes amnesia, telling Chalam she can't remember who she is or where she came from, only vaguely recalling someone trying to kill her. She begs Chalam for shelter until she regains her memory. Chalam reluctantly agrees to help. Hoi and Uncle Po, who know the secret, help cover it up and give Praewa a new name, "Rung" (Rainbow), inspired by a rainbow over the ocean horizon.

Meanwhile, Dew and Lookpad are having relationship issues because Lookpad catches Dew secretly having an affair with Namtan (Amina Pinit), a new model. Back at the village, Headman Phrao often goes to flirt with Mae Mali (Rachaya Rakkasikorn), a widow who owns a beachfront restaurant and has a tomboy daughter named Yiwa (Prae Emery). Phrao faces competition from Sia Phichai (Blew Jakthip), the owner of the village's large fish market, who is also courting Mae Mali. Every time the two older men clash, Yiwa and Aunt Juab (Viyada Umarin)—Uncle Po's wife and the restaurant's main cook—act as referees. The appearance of Praewa disguised as Rung, a beautiful ordinary girl, causes quite a stir in the community. However, due to the villagers' friendliness and Headman Phrao's kindness, Praewa decides to settle down there and find work, with Chalam reluctantly keeping an eye on her. Sympathy and love begin to blossom in their hearts, but Chalam tries to suppress his feelings and act indifferent toward Praewa, as his past heartbreak makes him reluctant to love again.

Yiwa supports Headman Phrao over Sia Phichai to court her mother because she secretly has a crush on Chalam, though Chalam only sees her as a mischievous little sister. The person who secretly likes Yiwa is Plio (Surasak Chotinnawat), a good-humored young man who is a 3-time champion coconut picker (beating even monkeys). Plio and Yiwa are constantly bickering. With Headman Phrao taking the lead in courting Mali, a frustrated Sia Phichai encourages Chawee (Apaporn Nakornsawan), his spinster sister, to aggressively pursue Phrao. Chawee has secretly loved Phrao since she was a teenager; even after he married, had a child, and became a widower, she never gave up hope. Another person Chawee adores is Somchai or Sia Noi (Sittichai Pabchompoo), Phichai's son from his first wife. Somchai is a good-for-nothing who spends his days gathering his motorcycle gang to roam around, acting like a rich brat all over the beach. Though mostly harmless, he is a nuisance to the villagers. Currently, the person Somchai is crazy about is Rung.

Besides owning the large fish market, Sia Phichai is an antique collector and dealer, especially of treasures found underwater. Wherever there are rumors of sunken treasure, Phichai takes his men on boats to dive and search. He is particularly obsessed with a pirate treasure, a legend passed down from his grandfather, said to have been hidden on a nearby island by pirates fleeing the Portuguese navy. Before dying, Phichai's father gave him a half-piece of an ancient metal mask, calling it the key to the treasure's location, and told him to find the other half. When both pieces are combined, they will reveal the pirate's hidden treasure. Phichai has been searching for the other half since his youth but has yet to find it.

Phichai isn't the only one who believes this. Uncle Po is another firm believer. Though he doesn't know the deep details like Phichai, he believes with all his heart that pirate treasure is hidden in the sea, and that the spirits of the pirates roam there, waiting to return to their wealth. Meanwhile, Headman Phrao calls an urgent village meeting upon hearing news that a group of pirates is attacking fishing boats and might be hiding nearby.

At the same time, Karim or Nai Yai (Yup Khan), the pirate leader, sends Po Yai (Lek Jaded), his right-hand man, and Chok (Yingyong Yodbuangam), his subordinate, to infiltrate Sia Phichai's fish market, planning to bring the gang in for a robbery. But when they see Phichai taking his men out to sea to search for treasure, they change their minds and aim for the treasure instead. Chok meets Chawee and takes a liking to her, continuing to work while hoping to win her heart. Phichai and Somchai are kidnapped by Nai Yai, who tries to extort the half-mask. With no choice but to surrender, Phichai realizes that he's no longer the only one searching for the pirate treasure; other groups are hunting for it too.

In the end, who will become the owner of the immensely valuable treasure? And how will the romance between Chalam and Rung end when Lookpad comes to Ao Kraben looking for Chalam, and Chalam discovers the truth that Rung is actually Praewa, a multi-billionaire heiress and the owner of the land on the island next to his? Paepphet (Thanyakan Thanakitthananon) loses her younger sister, Paeploy, and her entire family when a drug gang storms in and massacres them all. Only Paepphet survives. Her fighting spirit impresses Robert (Theerapong Liaorakwong), the head of SK7, a secret organization that opposes drug trafficking. He persuades her to join the team, and with Amphan (Chatchadaporn Thananta), Robert’s trusted female assassin, training her in every form of combat, Paepphet becomes a deadly killer known as “The Curly-Eyelashed Assassin.” She also takes on a new identity as Pat or Patricia. Pat is sent on missions to eliminate criminals in many places, with her ultimate goal being to bring down the drug network of Mr. Waeng (Pongsanart Winsiri), the man responsible for the destruction of her family.

Pat, disguised as the manager of the White Rose Bar, works under the wealthy magnate Chao Wiangwan (Suchao Pongwilai), one of the bar’s major shareholders. In reality, Chao Wiangwan is also the head of SK7’s Asia division. During this time, Pat gets to know Captain Ronnapop (Weerapap Suparbpaiboon), and the two quickly become close. Ronnapop has no idea that Pat is the Curly-Eyelashed Assassin, just as Pat does not know that Ronnapop is the son of the former leader of the Black Scorpion Gang, who was murdered by Waeng in a coup for power. Instead of seeking revenge by killing his enemies the way Pat does, Ronnapop chooses to become a police officer and use law and justice to fight crime.

Charlie (Watcharabul Leesuwan), Ronnapop’s close friend and a young reporter, is the son of Thawat (Sompob Benjathikul), a famous politician. Charlie lives recklessly and drinks heavily after the death of his beloved Paeploy. Thawat urges him to start over by marrying Dawan (Kawintra Photijak), Chao Wiangwan’s daughter, but Charlie is not interested. By chance, Charlie meets Noree (Sirilapas Kongtrakan), a country girl who looks just like Paeploy. He keeps pursuing her, hoping to get to know her. Unfortunately, Pat arrives in the same area to kill a target, and Charlie is accidentally injured in the chaos. Pat mistakes Noree for Paeploy and takes her away. Once Pat realizes Noree is not her sister, she still feels an immediate bond with her and arranges for Noree to work as a singer at the White Rose Bar. Because of Pat’s sincere affection, Noree eventually asks to join Pat’s assassin team as well.

As Pat continues dismantling Waeng’s various criminal networks, she and Ronnapop are inevitably forced into conflict. Ronnapop begins to suspect that Pat may be the Curly-Eyelashed Assassin and starts investigating, assisted by Sub-Lieutenant Ohm (Kanch Pakdeewijit) and Sergeant Chim (Archee Sianglor). Inspector Tony (Witit Laed) and Lieutenant Ron (Matthew Dean Chantavanij) are assigned to the Curly-Eyelashed Assassin case because Interpol has been following it for a long time. But due to bureaucratic complications, Ronnapop’s team and Tony’s team constantly clash, until Superintendent Chalit (Trin Setthachok), Ronnapop’s superior, has to intervene so the investigation can continue. Meanwhile, Sia Phiphat (Kovit Wattanakul), a former high-ranking member of the Black Scorpion Gang, is released from prison. When he learns that Ronnapop is the son of the gang’s former leader, he tries to recruit him to help rebuild the Black Scorpion Gang, but Ronnapop refuses.

Later, Ohm also learns the truth about Ronnapop and begins to suspect him, especially after Ronnapop lets the Curly-Eyelashed Assassin escape when Pat storms in to rescue Chao Wiangwan, who has been kidnapped by Waeng and Thawat and tortured for information about SK7. During this incident, Ronnapop learns that Pat really is the Curly-Eyelashed Assassin, and Charlie’s father is killed, leaving Charlie consumed with hatred for the assassin. Ronnapop later proves his innocence and joins forces with Ohm and Charlie to find evidence linking Chao Wiangwan to SK7. Charlie, Ronnapop, and Ohm travel to Chao Wiangwan’s private island, where he orders Pat to kill them. Pat cannot bring herself to do it, so he orders Dawan to carry out the task instead. At the same time, Amphan betrays SK7 because she envies Pat for being chosen as leader instead of her. She joins forces with Waeng and leads an assault on Chao Wiangwan’s island to wipe out SK7 completely. A violent confrontation with Pat and Ronnapop becomes unavoidable.

Chao Wiangwan orders Robert to kill Pat for betraying the organization and helping Ronnapop, but Robert refuses. Chao Wiangwan then shoots Robert dead, while Pat kills Chao Wiangwan in return. Dawan is filled with hatred toward Pat. As Ronnapop’s group battles Waeng and Amphan on the island, Pat loses her footing and falls into a ravine. Charlie decides to lead everyone to escape by boat, but Dawan secretly frees herself and shoots the boat’s engine, causing an explosion and throwing everyone into the sea in different directions. Ronnapop is washed back onto the island and overhears Amphan saying that Pat is still alive. Noree is nearly assaulted by fishermen but is rescued just in time when Charlie and Ohm arrive with the marine police. Dawan escapes by diving into the water. Inspector Tony and Ron arrive with marine police reinforcements to raid Chao Wiangwan’s island. Sergeant Chim notices Ron secretly deleting information from Chao Wiangwan’s computer and tells Ronnapop and Ohm, leading to the revelation that Ron is actually a foreign assassin impersonating an Interpol officer. In the island battle, Amphan and Waeng escape and seek refuge with Phiphat, despite objections from his younger brother Pichit (Charlie Kansut).

Pat hides at a peaceful temple, where Luang Por Korn (Krung Srivilai) guides her toward the light. Ronnapop learns she is there and goes to see her, unaware that Waeng’s men have followed him. Amphan also comes to kill Pat, but Phiphat steps in to save her because Pat resembles his late wife. Amphan manipulates Pichit into turning against Phiphat by lying that they will eliminate Waeng. Pichit believes her and helps stage a robbery of Phiphat’s shipment, which is being overseen by Waeng. Waeng orders Thep (Damrongdet Teguramee), a former subordinate of Thawat, to shoot himself so that Phiphat will believe the robbery was genuine. Meanwhile, Phiphat, Pat, and Nicholas (Sean Jones), a major drug buyer, are waiting at the arranged warehouse. Ron leads a police raid on the warehouse, but it turns out to be a setup by Nicholas to test Pat’s loyalty. Phiphat already knows that Pat is feeding information to Ronnapop, but he says nothing because he also knows there is a mole inside the gang.

Interpol recalls Inspector Tony because he has not worked effectively enough with Thai police and sends Inspector Michael (Oliver Beaver) as his replacement. They also uncover the truth that Ron is not a real Interpol officer but an assassin in disguise. Ron tries to kill Michael, but Ronnapop arrives in time to save him, though Ron escapes. Phiphat devises a plan to catch the traitor by claiming that he has caught the people who robbed the shipment. Pichit, not realizing it is a trap, reveals himself and is caught. Terrified of punishment, Pichit accidentally shoots Phiphat and flees, but Phiphat is not angry because he knows his younger brother must have been manipulated.

Pat tells Phiphat that she does not trust Waeng and Amphan. Phiphat says that after delivering the shipment to Nicholas, he will get rid of them. But Waeng and Amphan sense the danger and turn to Nicholas instead. Charlie is captured by Amphan and hypnotized into becoming an assassin, then sent to kill Phiphat at his home. Pichit, realizing he has been used by Amphan, comes back to help Phiphat. But both brothers are killed by Nicholas. Nicholas himself is later captured by Ronnapop. Waeng disguises himself as Nicholas’s lawyer and visits him in custody, ordering him not to confess to police because Waeng plans to break him out.

Meanwhile, Pat and Dawan are forced by Ron, who uses explosive collars on them, to free Nicholas so he can be ransomed back to Waeng — though Ron’s real plan is to lure Waeng and Amphan in and kill them. Pat cleverly drives into a warehouse full of flammable materials, forcing Ron to remove the explosive collars. Dawan finally understands everything and realizes Ron has been using her all along, so she presses the remote, hoping to end it all. Ron is horribly injured and eventually dies. Pat manages to escape. Amphan then orders Charlie to kill Pat, but luckily Luang Por Korn decides to leave the monkhood and intervene, arriving with Ronnapop and Ohm. Pat fights Charlie while trying to undo his hypnosis, urging him to think of the person he truly loves. Once Charlie regains his senses, he reunites with Noree in love and understanding.

The many deaths around her make Pat begin to realize the heavy cost of vengeance. She decides to end her personal vendetta and instead assist the authorities in one final mission: to wipe out the drug-trafficking network of Waeng and Amphan once and for all.
