“The Charming Dimpled Star.”

- She was the second child of
- Chuea Senawong (father) and Thipawan Senawong (mother)
- The family had five children in total
Education
- Attended kindergarten in Rayong
- Completed primary education at Wat Klang Preechakun School, Prachinburi
- Completed secondary education at a provincial school in Chachoengsao
- She changed schools frequently because her father was a government education officer,
- who was transferred to many provinces
- After completing Mathayom Suksa 3, she studied teacher training at
- Suan Sunandha Teachers College
- (now Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University)
- Completed a four-year program, earning a Higher Teacher’s Certificate (P.G.S.)
- at the age of 19
- After graduation, she worked as a school teacher near her home
Entry into the Entertainment Industry
- Later, she applied to act in television dramas at Channel 3
- (Channel 3 officially began broadcasting in 1970)
- There she met Warun Chatkul,
- who introduced her to Kaewfa (Kaew Atchariyakul)
- Kaewfa brought her into radio dramas, where she worked for one year
- She then appeared in the television drama Danchanee Nang,
- opposite Ek Amarin,
- directed by Parinya Leelasorn
- (who later directed There Is No Heaven for You)
Stage Drama and Rise to Fame
- Renowned actor Chalong Simasethien noticed her talent
- and invited her to join his Kanchalika Theatre Company
- Her first stage production with the troupe was Chaloei Rak (Love Captive),
- opposite Venus Phayakkachat
- She was coached by Kantrie Nakprapa,
- a celebrated actress and Chalong’s wife
- The production that made her famous was Namta Phra Chan (Tears of the Moon),
- in which she starred opposite Chalong Simasethien
- The drama was extremely popular and aired for nine months
Film Career
- In 1971, director Parinya Leelasorn cast her in the film Suea Khao (The White Tiger)
- in a supporting role, opposite Ek Amarin
- The lead actors were Sombat Methanee and Petchara Chaowarat
- Film producer Chaichan Wasuwat of Sri Krung Films recognized her potential
- and signed her to a three-film contract
- Her first film as a leading actress was Hua Jai Mee Teen (The Heart Has Feet), released in 1972
