The Power of Black Magic: A Dangerous Potion that Commands Death and Life Ek Damrong, a young military officer, is severely injured and receives help from Saeng Lah, a young hill tribe woman. The two fall in love with each other. When Ek Damrong recovers, he must return home and promises Saeng Lah that he will come back for her. But Saeng Lah's mother fears that he will break his promise, so she conjures a magic potion (ya sang) for him to consume. If he doesn't return as promised, the potion will immediately take effect. When he returns home, his mother arranges for him to marry Nuch, but he refuses. His mother then uses a love spell from a skilled shaman, making him forget his promise to Saeng Lah. The magic potion begins to take effect. Will he be able to escape the power of the magic potion and the love spell?
