This is the story of four teenagers in the 18th year of their lives. Tah is branded as a bad person. Dong becomes an ex-convict. Nick falls slave to drugs.
Their harsh destiny strikes a second time when Ying, Tah's sister (or girlfriend, depending on context, but usually sister in this film), is gang-raped by a group of criminals. The heartbreak of seeing their loved one violated becomes the fuel for the fire in all four of their lives, teaching them the meaning of revenge.
No one goes through life without pain, but who can say where that pain will end? Especially for this group of "Dangerous People of the 18th Rain"—a group being bullied by society. But they won't give up, because they are just as dangerously intense as the forces against them.
Tah, Dong, Tor, and Nicky are teenagers with troubled lives, labeled as bad guys, junkies, and jailbirds. But just as the four of them decide to turn over a new leaf and become good people, tragedy strikes. Ying, Tah's younger sister, is brutally raped. This forces them back onto the path of violence to hunt down the criminals who hurt her and punish them as they deserve.
