Kingkaew, a young woman with a mental condition, becomes implicated in a kidnapping and child murder case. She adamantly denies committing the crime despite clear, incriminating evidence. The court ultimately sentences her to death, causing Kingkaew to die filled with a deep, vengeful grudge.

Afterward, her restless and malevolent spirit returns to haunt everyone involved. People in the prison and her former accomplices begin to mysteriously die or lose their minds, all while being haunted by an echoing voice that repeats, "I am innocent." Hem, Kingkaew's former lover, and Mee, his new wife, find themselves drawn into this supernatural curse and the dark truths of the past.
