Even though she lived comfortably in a huge mansion, Yupphadi, the beloved daughter of Luang Niti, was not happy. Luang Niti forced her to get engaged to Wiset, a young man who studied abroad, because Yupphadi had already given her heart to Choet, the gardener. Wiset didn't like Choet and picked a fight with him until Luang Niti intervened and kicked Choet out of the house. When her father was unfair, Yupphadi decided to run away with Choet, causing Luang Niti to disown her from that day on.
Choet and Yupphadi rented a house together. Although it was a small house, they lived happily together and had a son. But then their happiness collapsed when their son was hit by a car. They didn't have enough money for treatment. Choet was desperate and thought about cheating money from the store manager, but his son refused because he didn't want his father to be known as a cheater.
