Ake, a modern-minded young man eager to embrace technology, works as a modem installer for a telecommunications company in the city. This decision forces him to leave behind his hometown and his father, Pom, a stubborn ranat craftsman who refuses to accept change. Ake entrusts his father’s well-being to his childhood friend, Kod.
Not long after moving to the city, Ake receives a call from Pom—but before he can understand what’s happening, the line suddenly cuts off. Concerned, he turns to his colleague Aon for help in investigating the network issue. They discovered that all signal towers around the village had been shut down for maintenance at the same time.
When Ake checks the site, he finds that the towers have been deliberately destroyed. Sensing danger, he rushes back to Chang Kliew Village, the home of the ranat craftsmen. Upon arrival, Ake is met with an eerie silence—the entire village is deserted. He soon discovers that all the villagers, including his father, have been captured by Wang and Ryu, who are holding them in the village’s old rice mill. Wang intends to force them into signing over their land to his employer—a wealthy investor—and plans to kill them afterward to cover up the crime.
Now, Ake must figure out a way to rescue the villagers from a gang of armed criminals before the contracts are signed and before it’s too late. With only a few hours left, the fate of the village rests in his hands.
