Phra Apai Mani

King Suthat O’ Rattanakasat sent his two sons, Phra-Pai-Mani and Sri-Suwan,for politic education. However,the king was not pleased when he learned that Phra-Apai-Mani studied clarinet, and Sri-Suwan studied martail art. The king exiled them from Rattana kingdom in anger. During the exile, the two princes voyage through many danger, and helped three Brahmins ( Hindu monk ). While showing off the power of his magic clarinet, Phra-Apai-Mani was kidnapped by an ugly giantess who immediately fell in love with him. The giantess used her power to disguise herself as a beautiful lady to seduce him, and lived with Phar-Apai-Mani as his wife in a locked cave. The giantess gave birth to Sinsamod, a strong half-giant-half-human boy. One day, Phar-Apai-Mani found out that his wife was, in fact, a wicked giantess, and decided to escape with help from a charming mermaid…
