At the same time, two young men named Dan and Big step in as new friends on campus. Both possess personalities that can only be described as completely wild.
Looking at their backgrounds, Dan’s father is Army Commander-in-Chief Thamrong, who is incredibly fierce and strict. Despite the different parenting styles, both young men feel equally suffocated and repressed at home. As a result, their behavior at home versus at the university is completely polarized. หนูชื่อทองสร้อยค่ะ
Thong Sroi Phet Ngeun Thong (Sutthida Kasemsan) is the daughter of a billionaire, Thongkham Phet Ngeun Thong (Pairote Jaising). She is studying for a PhD in drama in England and returns to Thailand to write a thesis about “servants.” After arriving, she observes the behavior of household maids, but her thesis script fails to pass. Her close friend Liu (Asma Ghar), who is also a university lecturer, suggests that she should try actually working as a servant.
With her strong passion for acting, Thong Sroi agrees. The next day, she goes to apply for a maid job, but before she even gets hired, she is hit by a reversing car driven by Khun Klang (Phon Tanthasathien). They argue from their very first meeting. Thong Sroi eventually gets the job, not knowing that it is actually Khun Klang’s house. When she finds out, she is shocked. She thinks he is a sharp-tongued man, while he thinks she is loud and possibly a con artist. They immediately clash.
Khun Klang keeps a close eye on her, with help from Mommaem (Akaraphon Aungsuphoonphat), a mischievous neighborhood boy, and Saijai, a maid from a nearby house. However, Thong Sroi manages to get out of trouble every time. She soon discovers why maids in this house frequently quit: the work is extremely hard, and Khun Yai (Chudapha Chanthaket), Khun Klang’s older sister, is stingy, fussy, and constantly complaining. After their father’s death, Khun Yai takes control of the household and pressures Khun Lek (Rutsaya Koetchai), her half-sister born to a maid, to leave the house. This causes Khun Lek to become withdrawn and emotionally distressed.
Feeling sympathy for Khun Lek, Thong Sroi decides to help resolve the conflict between her and Khun Yai. Later, when Khun Lek interns at Thongkham’s company, she meets Thong Proi (Thawat Thatsanaphonphinit), Thong Sroi’s younger brother. Khun Lek assumes he is just an ordinary employee, while Thong Proi falls in love with her at first sight. He hides his true identity, wanting to know if she would love him even if he were poor.
Meanwhile, Khun Klang grows increasingly suspicious of Thong Sroi because she secretly leaves the house for meetings, leading him to believe she might be helping thieves plan a robbery. This deeply troubles her. On top of that, Khun Waew (Ubonwan Boonrod), Khun Klang’s fiancée, constantly bullies her, making Thong Sroi consider quitting. However, she stays because her script is not finished, and Khun Yai is being deceived by a fraudulent “lawyer” named Banthat (Tatpong Pongtat), who is actually a swindler selling canned goods.
Knowing his background, Thong Sroi devises a plan to expose him. Once Khun Yai learns the truth, she cuts ties with Banthat and begins to see Thong Sroi in a better light. Khun Lek also starts trusting Thong Sroi, as she listens to her struggles and helps her find solutions. Seeing Khun Lek improve, Khun Klang begins to develop feelings for Thong Sroi and starts questioning whether what he feels is mere liking or love.
Meanwhile, Anek (Wayne Falconer), Mommaem’s father, shows interest in Thong Sroi, making Khun Klang jealous. Khun Waew notices this and, fearing things will get worse, pressures Khun Klang into marriage. Though reluctant, he agrees to avoid going against family expectations. When Thong Sroi finds out, she is heartbroken and realizes that she has fallen in love with him.
Khun Lek eventually discovers that Thong Proi is actually a billionaire’s son and becomes furious at being deceived. Out of spite, she agrees to get engaged to Kulachat (Ekkachai Waritcharaporn), a high-society suitor who has been pursuing her. This forces Thong Proi to come to her house to beg for forgiveness.
Thong Sroi’s true identity is eventually revealed to everyone—except Khun Klang. After finishing her script, she plans to resign, but misfortune strikes when Khun Klang’s house is robbed. He believes Thong Sroi is responsible and even goes to the police with Khun Lek’s help, only to be embarrassed when the truth comes out.
Khun Klang tries to apologize, but Thong Sroi avoids him, still hurt by his impending marriage to Khun Waew. In the end, Thong Proi and Khun Lek reconcile and come up with a plan to help Khun Klang and Thong Sroi understand each other and follow their hearts.
Thong Sroi finally accepts Khun Klang’s love and forgives him. Her thesis play, “The Servant,” becomes a success, and she rises to fame as a renowned playwright. Ultimately, she achieves success in both her career and her love life.
