The story begins with the life of Padlom (Phai Pongsathorn), an old-fashioned young man from Yasothon whose destiny leads him to chase his dream of becoming a famous Luk Thung (Thai country) singer. Hia Por (Ko Kai) decides to sign Padlom to the "Por. Hook Thong" camp. However, Hia Por is the owner of the boxing camp "Por. Hook Thong" (spelled with a specific Thai character for 'Hook'), whereas the music label "Por. Hook Thong" (spelled slightly differently) actually belongs to Pond (Aof Supanat), Hia Por's eldest son, and Pong (Liza), his youngest daughter!

Due to his naivety, Padlom doesn't realize he has signed a contract with the wrong camp. Nada (Takkatan Chollada), the camp's female promoter, insists that Padlom is not suitable to be a singer, unlike Pookan (James Chinnakrit), the camp's prospective number-one artist. However, Pookan lacks confidence, an obstacle Pong hasn't found a solution for yet. Meanwhile, Ying Yee (Yinglee Srijumpol), the camp's female singer, is secretly in unrequited love with Pond.

Nada and Irin decide to push Padlom to become both the number one singer and boxer of the camp. They hire the "Three Fists"—Khaosai, Samart, and Somrak—to be Padlom's boxing trainers. In return, Padlom teaches Pong and Pookan how to sing. All three practice singing and dancing with full dedication until Nada is confident they are ready to debut to the media. However, suddenly, challenges for boxing matches arrive from other camps, specifically naming Padlom as the representative. Padlom fights until he is knocked unconscious.

Consequently, the debut launch for the new Luk Thung singers features only Pong and Pookan. Hia Au (Son The Star), the owner of a giant music label, is behind all the sabotage because he doesn't want any competitors in the Luk Thung market. Padlom decides to go on a nationwide boxing championship tour instead. Pong is both angry and heartbroken, to the point of thinking about closing the music label. When Hia Au hears this news, he cancels Pookan's debut as well.

Pookan is devastated that Hia Au used him and considers quitting singing. Petchploydao manages to bring Pookan back to the Por. Hook Thong camp successfully. Together, they plan to double-cross Hia Au by leaking news that the Por. Hook Thong camp has closed down.
