Teacher Winai (Rong Kaomulkadee), a senior teacher at Bangthep Wittayakom School, devoted over 60 years of his life to teaching students. Even after retiring, he continues to volunteer to teach younger generations with dedication. However, when a new principal arrives, Teacher Winai notices that the students’ lunches seem to be of poor quality. This makes him think of his first generation of students—many of whom are now successful and financially stable—and he calls on them to help.

This leads to a 50-year reunion of Bangthep School alumni. Each person returns with different goals. Wipada (Uthumporn Silaphan), a once-famous actress whose career has faded, is currently caught in a property dispute scandal with her ex-husband and is being bullied online. She returns to her old school hoping to create positive publicity to overshadow the negative news. A young doctor (Thanongsak Suphakan) must prove his true love to his new partner, but ends up confronting unresolved issues with his former lover. Jim (Panadda Komaratat) carries a heavy burden, caring for her bedridden father while also helping her orphaned grandson heal emotionally. Eed struggles in every way possible to mend the fractured relationship with his son from the past. Peng (Paiboonkiat Khiaokaew) faces the question of whether he can set aside his pride to return to the work he loves by collaborating with a younger generation of musicians.

How will they all overcome their life crises? And what path will allow them to walk into the later stages of their lives with dignity and grace?

Grey Rainbow tells the love of Nuer and Porsche. Nuer is the son of the owner of an elephant camp while Porsche is a law student. In university, they were dormitory roommates and close friends, each fighting against the feelings that one has for the other.
