The Death of Khun Phra

The story takes place in Suwanthani, a town set in the early Rattanakosin era. It follows Sangthong, Maiphlong, and Thongbai, three close friends who serve as household slaves under Khun Phra Bamroekrung. Sangthong is a handsome young slave, smooth-talking and charming. Maiphlong is a slow-witted but extremely strong slave who acts before he thinks. Thongbai, another cute young slave in the group, is the gang’s inventor.
The three are inseparable, though they constantly get in each other’s way especially after all three fall for Jolie, a French missionary who comes to teach English to Khun Phra -Bamroekrung’s children. The story progresses until Thongbai is accused of being a “murderer,” so the three of them have to help Thongbai escape arrest. The three friends must now run for their lives and find the real murderer to clear their names.
