Police Captain "Techit" (Wasin Asavanarunat) plans an undercover drug bust to catch "Jiang" (Pitipon Porntreesat), a major drug dealer, but Jiang catches on and a shootout ensues. At that moment, "Paul" or "Petch" (Chanapol Satya) steps in to help Jiang but fails. Techit manages to arrest Jiang, but Superintendent "Sena" (Nattanan Khunwat) orders his release and forces Techit to withdraw from the case. Deeply disappointed, Techit drives to Suk Sri-Trang Farm, a resort owned by his close friend "Sri-Trang" (Maggi Apa).
On his way to the resort, Techit is ambushed. Fortunately, "Siang-Waan" (Paphawadee Chansamon) is there, witnesses the incident, and warns him to be careful. Seeing that Siang-Waan is a woman and fearing for her safety, Techit lets her ride pillion on his motorcycle to the resort. However, upon arriving, she simply vanishes. He begins to suspect that the young woman who came with him isn't human.
At the resort, Sri-Trang asks "Aunt Juree" (Janet Keaw), her maternal aunt who helps manage the place, to take Techit to a house on the hill to rest. That night, Techit meets Siang-Waan again, confirming his belief that she is definitely a spirit. The two argue until Siang-Waan finally realizes she is actually a "ghost." She cries in distress, making Techit soften up (even though he's still a bit scared). He asks who she is and how she got there, but Siang-Waan has no memory of it at all.
Meanwhile, Sri-Trang runs into Paul, whom she recognizes as "P'Petch," her senior and her one and only first love. Sri-Trang goes to greet him but is met with coldness, as Paul claims he has never met her. Sri-Trang tells Techit about this, while Techit, in turn, tells her about the mysterious female spirit. Sri-Trang doesn't believe him, but Aunt Juree admits she has seen the young woman too. The three agree to keep the "ghost" a secret and discuss trying to uncover the girl's identity and the reason her spirit is trapped at the resort.
Later, Techit tries to investigate Siang-Waan's past, with her following him everywhere. During this time, Paul tries to get close to Sri-Trang because, deep down, he hasn't moved on. However, every time they meet, they end up bickering due to misunderstandings: Paul thinks Sri-Trang and Techit are lovers, while Sri-Trang believes Paul is a drug dealer.
While Techit investigates Siang-Waan's background, he simultaneously continues his investigation into "Denis" (Peerawat Kullananwat), a highly influential drug lord who is the husband of "Prok-Duan" (Boosarin Wongleelanon).
How will Techit help Siang-Waan? And how will the romance between Sri-Trang and Paul conclude? Come cheer on the two cool and handsome guys, one confident woman, and one female spirit in a secret mission that is about to turn into a mission of the heart in the drama Pang Sanaeha.
