Lisa, a spoiled rich girl, returns from England to find her parents in debt and must work to repay it with help from Don's mother. Don, the grandson of a wealthy farm owner, must marry and have a child within a year to inherit the farm. His mother, who loves Lisa like a daughter, pushes them toward marriage.
