Phuping opens a co-working space for people to rent workspaces, with Khwan acting as his assistant. However, one of his partners abandons him to study abroad, leaving Phuping to try and bring in Chalee, another partner, to help manage the place. Chalee, who only works on his own design projects and invests money, suddenly becomes enthusiastic and tries to steal the work from Phu whenever a beautiful client like Phappha comes to rent a space. Phu cannot let this happen because Phappha is the woman he has secretly loved since their university days.
