Synopsis
Laweng Intarak (Koy-Rachwin Wongviriya) is a talented reporter for the KTV news station and the girlfriend of Kawee Wongkiat-anant (Tono-Phakin Khamwilaisak), the head of a special news team. Both her career and love life are at their peak. One day, a mysterious man contacts Laweng, offering information about national-level corruption. However, after receiving the data, she feels she is being followed. She attempts to escape by car but loses control and crashes, resulting in her immediate death.
But Laweng's spirit does not perish. She wakes up in the body of Amawasee Ratchadecha (Donut-Manasnan Panlertwongsakul), a frail young woman who suffered a heart attack and was rushed to the same hospital at the same time. Laweng remembers nothing, not even her own name, yet her subconscious rejects this new body. She tries to tell everyone she is not Amawasee, but no one believes her.
When Terdpong (Santi Santiwetchakul) and Rarin (Uthumporn Silaphan), Amawasee's parents, take her home, she meets Yotha Sitthipitak (Fair-Gundon Akhazzan), her fiancé whom she is due to marry soon. Amawasee tries to call off the wedding, but Yotha refuses. She even begs Krongthong (Egg-Busakorn Tantiphana), Yotha’s ex-girlfriend, to get back together with him. This causes Pimpa (Janesuda Parnto), Amawasee’s stepsister who has secretly loved Yotha for a long time, to tell everyone that Amawasee has gone mad. Surang (Kanchana Jindawat), Yotha’s elder relative, wants to cancel the wedding. However, Dr. Prasop (Arthur Benjakul), Yotha's close friend and Amawasee's doctor, confirms she is not insane, leaving Pimpa and Surang with no reason to oppose Yotha.
One day, Amawasee learns of Laweng's death, which shocks her and triggers the return of some memories. After investigating and seeing the wreckage of Laweng's car, she becomes certain she is Laweng and realizes she has an unfinished mission. However, her new family stands in her way. Yotha becomes her only solution. Amawasee agrees to marry Yotha on the condition that he will not touch her and will allow her to do whatever is necessary to prove she is Laweng for one year. If she fails, she will accept being Amawasee and be a good wife to him. Yotha accepts the condition.
Yotha decides to move to Bangkok to avoid complications, but this brings Amawasee back to her familiar society. She immediately recognizes Kawee and her colleagues, finding a way to return to work at KTV. Yotha begins to feel hurt that Amawasee seems not to need him, so he spitefully gets closer to Pimpa and Krongthong. Amawasee pretends not to care, even though she feels an indescribable dissatisfaction.
Although they constantly conflict, living together creates a deep bond in their hearts without them realizing it. Meanwhile, Kawee senses something in Amawasee that reminds him of the woman he loved and begins to get closer to her. However, Amawasee must cast aside her emotional confusion when she finds the thumb drive she received from the mysterious man before the accident. The data reveals a powerful businessman behind massive corruption. However, exposing this man causes Amawasee intense grief.
Who is behind the corruption Laweng discovered? How will the love triangle between Laweng (in Amawasee’s body), Yotha, and Kawee end?
