Artit Bovornkijbanhan is a god-level handsome heir and the only son of Madame Linchee, a wealthy widow who owns a traditional medicine factory famous for the "Do Mai Roo Lom" (an herbal potency drink). Artit is a playboy businessman who loves riding motorcycles and frequently dates celebrities for short periods, never committing to anyone. Currently, he is entangled with Ayumi, a sexy actress, and Praewa, a beautiful air hostess and daughter of a General.
Artit’s gang of four friends shares the same ideology: use their manhood to the fullest and never stop until they run out of steam. The gang includes:
Mattanee is close to Ekchaye, a radical magazine editor who hates rich playboys and claims to fight for gender equality. He is the arch-enemy of Artit’s "Rooster Gang" and openly loves Mattanee.
Artit first meets Mattanee when he goes to bail Tony out of jail for accidentally dating a minor. Mattanee represents the foundation and urges the girl's parents to prosecute. Artit is stunned by her beauty, though they start as enemies. On the way back, Mattanee splashes water on Artit with her car.
Meanwhile, Han tells Jamnien he is going to the temple to meditate, but actually changes into cool clothes to visit a coyote club. He runs into Artit’s gang. Chaos ensues when Naree, Anek’s jealous professor girlfriend, catches Anek. While Anek makes excuses, Naree spots her Uncle Han flirting with girls. She calls Jamnien, who rushes to the club. Han hides in the men's room and begs Artit to swap clothes with him. Artit walks out in disguise to trick Jamnien, allowing Han to escape and pretend he was praying at home all along.
Later, Han asks Artit to return the clothes. The maid mistakes Artit for a masseur, and he is forced to massage Jamnien. Using his traditional medicine knowledge, he actually helps her pain. Mattanee sees him, but Han covers for him. Artit seizes the chance to sell Han his "Do Mai Roo Lom" potency drug and now holds the secret of Mattanee’s father, the weak point of the girl who hates playboys.
War breaks out again when Mok is caught on CCTV flirting with a hotel employee. The foundation sues, and Artit clashes with Mattanee again.
Events unfold leading to Anek marrying Naree due to pregnancy. Artit helps reconcile them. During the wedding, Madame Linchee meets Mattanee and wants her as a daughter-in-law to tame Artit. Meanwhile, Han’s secret lifestyle continues, leading to a hotel raid by Mattanee’s foundation where Artit has to rescue Han again.
One night, Mattanee’s car breaks down in a dark alley. Han sends Artit to help. Artit fixes the car, takes her to dinner, and plays the piano for her. Mattanee becomes conflicted between her impression of his kindness and her hatred of playboys.
Ekchaye writes a hit piece on the gang. Artit retaliates by tricking Ekchaye, causing a rift between him and Mattanee. Artit realizes he has fallen in love with Mattanee. He asks her if she would give him a chance if he stopped being a playboy. He consults his mother and decides to propose.
Despite getting cold feet and briefly disappearing before the wedding, Artit is convinced by Ploy Cheryl, a respected sister figure, to return. He arrives just in time, and they get married.
The honeymoon at a herbal farm is chaotic as the friends and Ekchaye follow them. However, after some jealousy and fighting, they reconcile, and the friends leave them to enjoy their honeymoon.
Trouble returns when Nampueng, Han’s latest mistress, shows up. Madame Linchee finds out and tells Artit. Mattanee overhears but misunderstands, thinking Nampueng is Artit's mistress. She storms back to Bangkok. Han, desperate to hide his affair, borrows money from Artit and even kicks Artit out of the house to keep the secret, framing Artit as the bad guy. Mattanee believes Artit is cheating and asks for a divorce.
The truth explodes when Han is caught pawning his car to pay Nampueng. He lies again that she is Artit's mistress. However, police arrest Nampueng for fraud, and Han appears in the news news. Mattanee realizes Artit took the blame for her father. Devastated by her father's betrayal and her own lack of trust in Artit, she finalizes the divorce to set Artit free.
Han eventually confesses, but it's too late. Jamnien is furious. Mattanee learns from Ploy Cheryl how much Artit loved her and sacrificed for her family. With the help of the friends and a repentant Han, Mattanee waits for Artit. Artit, realizing his heart belongs to her, returns. They reconcile, Jamnien forgives Han, and the family is happily reunited.
