Rak Ni Chuaniran

Even though bodies may be far apart, love remains fixed in the heart. No matter how much time passes, it cannot make Pitcha, a cheerful young girl, forget Patin, her kind-hearted older brother.
As a child, Pitcha discovers that she is not actually the biological daughter of the Wachirawit family. Her true mother is Sunaree, the owner of a small restaurant in the village. Pitcha is forced to leave the warm family she has lived with for over 14 years to live with Sunaree. Meanwhile, Pan, a schoolmate who was always jealous of Pitcha, turns out to be the real daughter of the Wachirawit family.
Shortly after, the Wachirawit family moves to America. Before leaving, Patin takes Pitcha to a beach filled with their memories and promises her that when he returns, he will bring her there again.
Many years later, Patin returns to Thailand. He tries to find Pitcha before his engagement to On-in. At that time, Pitcha is working as a telephone operator at a hotel and accidentally meets Jirapat, the son of the hotel owner. He hires Pitcha to be his personal housekeeper. Pitcha accepts the offer, but eventually has to quit because her brother (from her biological family) has arranged for her to marry an older man. When Jirapat finds out, he follows Pitcha to her home and offers to "buy" her with money to be with him, but she refuses.
Then, destiny leads Pitcha and Patin to meet again at the beach of their memories. Upon reuniting, the sibling bond deepens and transforms into romantic love. This displeases Pan, who is angry that Pitcha is still involved with her family. Finally, Patin announces to his family that he wants to marry Pitcha, but everyone disapproves.
Patin takes Pitcha to live together at a cattle ranch, a place where Pitcha used to live. They have a wonderful and happy time together. However, Patin feels guilty towards his family. When On-in learns of this, she is devastated and attempts suicide. Pitcha decides to be the one to walk out of Patin's life and returns to work for Jirapat.
However, Pitcha soon discovers she is suffering from leukemia. If not treated immediately, she may never see her loved ones again. The only solution is to find the money for treatment. But before she can discuss this with Patin, she overhears him telling On-in that he will return to America with her. This drives Pitcha to go to Jirapat and accept his previous offer to buy her.
Jirapat accidentally discovers the truth about Pitcha's illness. He begs her to accept his help, but she refuses his goodwill. Pitcha then pleads with Patin to spend her remaining few months with her, but Patin, unaware of her illness, is deeply confused.
Eventually, Pitcha decides to undergo treatment at the hospital as per Jirapat's request. Knowing her time is running out, she asks to be discharged to go to the cattle ranch, the place where she and Patin were once happy. There, Pitcha meets Patin again. Still withholding the truth, she simply asks him to love her and keep her in his heart forever. Pitcha bids Patin farewell for the last time before returning to the hospital.
Pitcha's condition begins to deteriorate critically. When Patin finally learns the truth, he cannot bear the thought of watching Pitcha leave him forever.
