Synopsis
Song has a dream where three strange young men ask her to choose one of them to marry. She is bewildered, but Aunt Iang tells her it might be a prophetic dream. Meanwhile, on the stage of the Croissant Restaurant, Margaret (Jennifer Kim) is putting on a fiery, seductive dance performance that completely mesmerizes Tycoon Song (Thotsaphon). However, Margaret's show this time doesn't just capture his eyes; it literally stops his breath in a split second. When Margaret accidentally steps on the hem of her own skirt, causing her strapless top to fall off, Tycoon Song gets an eyeful. He is so stunned, amazed, and thrilled that he dies of a sudden heart attack on the spot, albeit with a look of pure satisfaction on his face.
The next day, Tycoon Song's will is opened. Arthit and Siawsan both hope to inherit the Croissant Restaurant, but they are left disappointed when it is revealed that the tycoon left the restaurant to the daughter of Sakda, his eldest son and Arthit's older brother. Lawyer Wang (Pu-Montri) sends a detective to track down Song (Noona), Sakda's heir, and successfully finds her.
Lawyer Wang then formally reads the will, stating that Tycoon Song has bequeathed the Croissant Restaurant to Song, the eldest granddaughter of the family. Initially, Song doesn't want to accept an inheritance that she feels doesn't belong to her. However, Aunt Iang has racked up a massive amount of debt, leading creditors to seize her shop and "Grandpa Pestle" (a sacred pestle that Aunt Iang believes possesses her whenever she prays to it, allowing her to make incredibly delicious papaya salad). Backed into a corner, Song has no choice but to accept the inheritance.
But Song finds herself in a difficult position once again when Lawyer Wang informs her of an additional condition in the will: Song must choose to marry one of the three grandsons of Tycoon Song's best friends within one year. Thus, her inherited restaurant comes with a massive headache that she will have to deal with for a full year until she can make a decision. She must choose between Karan (Got-Jirayu), a smart but sharp-tongued young businessman; Natee (Pop-Pitchapat), a polite, warm-hearted young chef who studied abroad; and Siangsin (Alin), a free-spirited artist with music in his heart.
Song's inheritance truly comes with a lot of headaches! Let's cheer her on and see who will ultimately become the man of her dreams. Follow this fun, cute, and romantic story in the drama Croissant Tham-nong Rak (Croissant's Melody of Love), broadcasting every Sunday at 11:30 PM on Thai TV Color Channel 3. The first episode premieres on Sunday, December 9, 2012.
