Synopsis

For many years, the ruthless influence of Kamnan Sorn (Somlek Sakdikul) has cast a dark shadow over Ban Mai Ngam. Village Headman Thong (Santisuk Promsiri) decides to stand up against him, which tragically results in his entire family being massacred. His daughter Bua and Kaew (Ornjira Lhamwilai), the young servant girl, manage to escape but are separated while being hunted down. Kaew is rescued by a group of three bandit leaders—Suea Phrai (Manop Assawathep), Suea Thep (Dam Daskorn), and Suea Yak (Rit Luecha)—who train her in combat skills and dark magic until she becomes formidable.
When Kaew grows up, she disguises herself as a young man named Keng and returns to Ban Mai Ngam seeking revenge, aided by Kru Perm (Pholawat Manuprasert), an old friend of Village Headman Thong. At night, Kaew dons a mask and becomes the "Black Lioness" (Nang Singha), thwarting Kamnan Sorn's evil schemes. This causes a massive headache for Captain Thammo (Patiparn Pataweekarn), who is pressured by Kamnan Sorn to arrest the Black Lioness.
Meanwhile, Yong (Pakin Khamwilaisak), a naive local man, discovers that Kaew/Keng is the Black Lioness but refuses to reveal her secret because she once saved his life. Kamnan Sorn plans to marry off his daughter, Dr. Wassana (Wannarot Sonthichai), to Jamroen (Witawat Singlampong), the son of Sia Leng (Anuwat Niwatwong), his partner in the illegal logging business. However, Wassana dislikes Jamroen and asks Yong to act as her shield to keep him away. Yong happily agrees, having secretly loved Wassana for a long time.
At the same time, Sia Leng sends his daughter Plernta (Arinrada Pitimaratch) to seduce Thammo, but Thammo rejects her. This earns Kaew's trust, and she agrees to cooperate with him while disguised as the Black Lioness. Later, as the illegal logging business faces a crisis, Kamnan Sorn attempts to assassinate Thammo to end the problem, but Jamroen is caught in the crossfire. This enrages Sia Leng, leading to a complete fallout with Kamnan Sorn.
The authorities send Inspector Danai (Suphakit Tangtatsawat) and Lieutenant Phenphon (Bussakorn Tantiphana) to reinforce Thammo's unit, but Danai secretly accepts bribes from Sia Leng. Meanwhile, Kaew (in her disguise as Keng) grows closer to Thammo, sparking rumors that they are romantically involved as two men. Thammo tries to distance himself from Kaew, even though both are beginning to fall in love with each other.
Simultaneously, Kaew and Phenphon feel a strange, uncanny familiarity with one another. Phenphon investigates until she discovers that Keng is Kaew, prompting her to confess to Kaew that she is actually Bua, the long-lost daughter of Village Headman Thong.
Furious that Wassana shows no interest in him, Jamroen kidnaps and locks her in Sia Leng's lumber mill in the middle of the forest. Kamnan Sorn tracks them down to rescue his daughter and kills Jamroen. Sia Leng is consumed by vengeance but can do nothing against Kamnan Sorn, who possesses dark magic. Consequently, Danai hires Cherd Phadam (Nirut Sirijanya), a bounty hunter wielding dark magic, to assassinate Kamnan Sorn. Wassana and Kru Perm, who are present during the incident, are barely rescued in time by Thammo, Kaew, and Phenphon.
Danai frames the Black Lioness for Kamnan Sorn's murder and has Cherd capture Kru Perm to lure the Black Lioness out, hoping to eliminate her once and for all. Kru Perm sacrifices his own life so Thammo can help the Black Lioness escape. When Thammo learns the truth that Keng is the Black Lioness, he cannot bring himself to hand her over to the authorities. Instead, he helps her flee to the three bandit leaders, while he allows Danai to suspend him from duty.
With the Black Lioness and Kamnan Sorn out of the way, Sia Leng gains absolute power over Ban Mai Ngam. Cherd enjoys his newfound luxury but cannot suppress his old habits of murder and lust, preying on everyone, including Plernta and Linjee. Realizing Cherd is a liability, Danai and Sia Leng decide to eliminate him. However, Sia Leng's henchmen forget to burn Cherd's magic-imbued hand, allowing Cherd's spirit to possess Danai. All power instantly falls into the hands of Cherd in Danai's body.
The Black Lioness tries to find a way to destroy Cherd but needs Kamnan Sorn's magical knife, which Cherd had confiscated. Yod and Yong volunteer to break into Sia Leng's house to steal it. However, when Yod sees the imprisoned Plernta, he cannot bear it and rescues her, leading to their capture by Cherd, who sends men to hunt them down. Plernta is severely wounded and succumbs to her injuries. Before she dies, she asks for Yod's forgiveness for having manipulated him in the past. Yod gets the chance to confess his love to her in her final moments. He gives the knife to Yong to deliver to the Black Lioness while he sacrifices himself in a fight to the death with Cherd.
Armed with the magical knife, the Black Lioness teams up with Thammo and Phenphon to execute a plan to eliminate Cherd. Will the Black Lioness and Captain Thammo succeed in defeating the villains?
