This is the story of Jomthap (Sun - Prachakorn Piyasakulkaew), a young engineer who studied abroad and has recently returned to Thailand to establish his own construction company. The very first contract Jomthap signs is for a billion-baht amusement park project. He is incredibly proud to be chosen for this job, which requires him to demolish an abandoned dormitory called "Yiam Wiman" to clear the land for construction.
However, prior to this, many contracting companies had abruptly backed out of the project. The reason? "Ghosts." But Jomthap views this as absolute nonsense.
On the very first day he steps foot into the abandoned dorm, Jomthap orders his workers to begin the demolition immediately. But before they can even start, a teenage girl runs in to stop them, causing such a scene that Jomthap has to call the police to escort her out. That very same night, the demolition crew encounters a full-blown ghostly haunting that sends them fleeing for their lives, and they refuse to ever return to work.
Now in deep trouble, Jomthap has to turn the world upside down to find a new contracting team. He finally meets Head Mechanic Chian (Krit Atthaseri), who demands an outrageously high fee. Having no other choice, Jomthap agrees.
It turns out that Mechanic Chian is the father of Noona (Jean - Kewalin Sriwanna), the young woman who had thrown a fit trying to stop Jomthap from demolishing the Yiam Wiman dorm. Ever since she was born, Noona has had a sixth sense that allows her to communicate with spirits, making her quite famous in the local community. She frequently uses her gift to help people in trouble, such as finding lost items or missing persons.
Because of this ability, her father Chian forces her to negotiate with the spirits and convince them to leave the dormitory. He wants to be able to demolish the building in peace and keep the massive paycheck all to himself.
But this is an incredibly difficult task. Noona knows deep down that the spirits haunting Yiam Wiman are not your average ghosts. Each spirit is deeply attached to the room where they died, waiting for someone specific. These spirits believe that if they leave the dormitory, they will never be able to meet the person they are waiting for.
Noona explains the whole situation to Jomthap. With his client's deadline rapidly approaching, the young man reluctantly agrees to take on the task of helping to release the spirits. The deal is that he must find and bring the specific "people" that each spirit is waiting for to the Yiam Wiman dormitory.
