Synopsis

Pharadon (Kantapong Bamrungrak), a young doctor, is transferred to a small health center near the northern border. The clinic is staffed by two nurses, Rarin (Amina Pinit) and Duean (Tang-o Pengpara), along with Pradoem (Itthikorn Sathutham), a local who works as their driver.
One day, Pharadon goes out on a field visit and passes through Sang Village. He arrives just as a "Sin Swallowing" ceremony is taking place—a healing ritual for illnesses based on local village beliefs. The ritual is being conducted by the Golden-Faced Mother of the Sky Spirits (Mae Phee Fah Na Thong). However, beneath the golden mask is the beautiful face of Kinnaree (Akumsiri Suwannasuk), who inherited these healing arts from her ancestors. She is assisted by the Shaman Mother (Panadda Komaratat), Kinnaree's facially disfigured younger brother Pha-u (Nat Thewphaingam), and a young girl around her age named Makha (Orawisa Thewphaingam).
Pharadon stops to observe the ceremony, and Pradoem introduces him to Village Headman Son (Amata Inthanon), as well as Lieutenant Somrak (Than Thanakorn) and Sergeant Chit (Chatchai Ngamsan). The police officers have brought armed forces into the area after receiving intel that the notorious bandit Suea Jai (Eak Rungsiroj) and his gang are passing through. At the very same time, Suea Jai and his stepson Suea Thot (Thanayong Wongtrakul) have arrived in disguise to seek treatment for their subordinate, Suea Khem (Thitiwat Thanawatpatrakul), who was poisoned by a toxic dart.
The healing process is miraculous. The sick and injured are completely cured of their ailments, leaving the medically trained Pharadon in utter disbelief. However, Kinnaree expends so much energy during the ritual that she faints and collapses. Driven by his doctor's instincts, Pharadon rushes to her aid and takes off her mask without permission. The stunning face beneath the mask causes Pharadon to fall in love with Kinnaree instantly.
But Pharadon inadvertently commits a grave mistake: he drops the golden mask onto the ground. The Shaman Mother is deeply horrified, as an ancient prophecy states that if the golden mask ever touches the earth, a massive catastrophe will unfold.
The story then reveals a deep karmic tie: 800 years ago, Bayengbo (the present-day Pharadon) was a great king who had a queen named Chawemarat (the present-day Kinnaree) and a concubine named Irawadee (Tharathip Darunpat). Chawemarat was the daughter of the Great Royal Teacher...
