Synopsis
In the dead of night, Joke (Pope Thanavat Vatthanaputi), a cheeky young man and the lead singer of the band Merlin, is awakened from a sweet dream when a heavy, mysterious object falls right on his body. This object turns out to be Wikanda, or Wink (Noona Nuengthida Sophon), a novice witch who has come to bring Daenthep (Montri Janeaksorn), her human father, back to the magical world. She wants him to live with Paratee (Uthumporn Silapan), her witch mother and the prospective president of the Witch Women's Council in the magical realm.
While trying to persuade her father to return, Wink constantly clashes with Joke. Eventually, in a fit of annoyance, she curses Joke, leaving him with a hoarse voice. Later, Phayoon (Janet Khiew), Joke's housekeeper, witnesses Wink using magic and tells him. Seeking revenge, Joke secretly records a video of Wink using her powers and uploads it to YouTube. The clip goes viral, turning into a massive issue that causes Wink to be hunted by the public.
To fix the mess Wink created, Trai (Phitsanu Nimsakul), her cousin, along with Paratee and Cheerati (Piyamas Monayakol), Wink's aunt, travel to the human world. They perform a massive, combined spell that successfully wipes the humans' memories of witches. However, the spell backfires by draining their magical powers, leaving them completely powerless and unable to return to the magical world.
While waiting for their magic to recover, the four witches and wizards must learn to live like ordinary humans. Cheerati and Paratee are reluctantly forced to help work at Daenthep's bakery and minimart. Meanwhile, Trai applies for a job at the architectural firm owned by Jean (Tong Pakkaramai), Joke's older sister. He uses this as an excuse to get close to her because he fell in love with her at first sight, even though he knows Jean still hasn't gotten over her ex-boyfriend, Yutthaphop (Aun Witaya Wasukraipaisarn).
Back to Joke, because of the hoarse voice curse, his band loses a music competition. His bandmates, Men (Jack Chernyim) and Ek (Phathai Ploymeekha), suggest finding a new lead singer. Daenthep talks sense into Wink, making her realize her mistake. Feeling guilty, Wink auditions to become the new lead singer of the band Merlin to make up for what she did to Joke.
As the group of magical beings navigates life in the human world and relearns how to use their magic, utter chaos naturally ensues. At the same time, Wink has no idea that she is about to discover a brand new kind of magic that doesn't exist in the witch world—a magic that humans know very well as "Love." It is a love born from closeness, sharing joys and sorrows, and constantly bickering with a deadpan, cynical, highly artistic, and foul-mouthed guy who spares no one's feelings, but secretly hides a true gentleman inside—"Mr. Joke" himself.
