Synopsis
At a high school where most students prioritize academics and studying, sports have been completely forgotten. Although the school was once renowned for its athletics, its numerous sports clubs have now been left abandoned. Even though Ra-fah, the young new school director, clearly sees this problem and tries to find a solution, his efforts are unsuccessful because none of the students have any interest in playing sports.
However, his hope returns when he meets Napat, a student-teacher who unexpectedly becomes the new physical education instructor. Despite not being good at sports herself, she has the heart of a true teacher and is fully determined to get the students to take sports seriously. She dedicates herself completely to this goal.
Ra-fah gives Napat the opportunity to take charge of the school's basketball team. This assignment comes through Rom-sai, the strict-looking principal, who threatens Napat, stating that this is her ultimate test: if she cannot form a team, she will instantly fail her teaching evaluation.
Napat puts up recruitment posters, but they are treated like trash. No one pays attention, as everyone is stressed about studying. Furthermore, one of her posters is folded into a paper airplane and thrown right at her head. Napat immediately looks for the culprit and catches the eye of a provocative, unfriendly high school student named It. He is handsome, sharp-featured, and looks like a troublemaker. Napat follows him and tells him to try out for the team. It ignores her, crumpling her poster and effortlessly shooting it into a faraway trash can with perfect aim. Napat is immediately intrigued; she must get this boy on her team.
After targeting It, Napat looks for more students to complete the basketball team, which requires at least five players. Napat goes to the director's office to request a list of all students in the school. She almost catches the young, innocent-looking janitor, Ra-fah, who is actually the school director in disguise. Fortunately, Rom-sai covers for him just in time and hands Napat the student roster and profiles.
Meanwhile, Waddao and Tongta are practicing their cheers for the youth basketball tournament. They want to cheer for Sakka, a rising star in the basketball world known for easily shooting 3-pointers from mid-court as if placing them by hand. He has earned the nickname "Soaring Eagle" because of his fearsome signature shot, the "Mid-air Eagle." Every club wants him on their team, and he is the absolute idol of Poonpan, Waddao's 10-year-old younger brother.
Due to his fame, Sakka barely has time for classes and tends to look down on his schoolmates, assuming everyone only approaches him to ride his coattails. However, Sakka has one close friend at school who acts as his eyes and ears: Guy, a boastful student who loves to brag about how close he is to Sakka. Napat approaches Guy to get Sakka's address, aiming to pull Sakka back into his studies and recruit him for the school team. Guy volunteers to help, on the condition that he also gets to join Napat's basketball team. Napat agrees.
Thanks to her relentless persistence, both It and Sakka agree to join the team. However, It brings along Natee, his weak-looking, nerdy best friend. Sakka angrily protests, unhappy about letting a frail, non-athletic person like Natee join. It declares that if Natee doesn't play, neither will he. It then shows off an "And one" street basketball move and a highly difficult dunk, confident that no one else can do it, to intimidate Sakka. But Sakka easily replicates It's moves perfectly, causing the two to glare at each other. Napat intervenes, promising that she will train Natee herself.
Napat is thrilled that her basketball team is taking shape, but four people are not enough. She desperately needs a fifth player. Waddao suggests Chanon, a handsome, wealthy, and bright young man who is Waddao's close friend. With him joining, the five-man team is finally complete.
Assigning positions becomes a complicated task because Napat has to find each person's strength to place them appropriately. Eventually, she discovers the unique talents that make each of them outstanding basketball players. She assigns Sakka and It as Wings (Shooting Guards) who must be accurate from the outside and drive the ball to the hoop. Both have incredible shooting accuracy, making it seem like the team has two "Soaring Eagles" with different scoring styles. While Sakka has his "Mid-air Eagle" move, It can jump high and hang in the air like Michael Jordan, calling his own signature move "Lord of the Sky."
Guy and Chanon are placed as Point Guards. Guy has swift footwork due to his survival instincts, resulting in his personal dodging move called "Lightning Step." Meanwhile, Chanon has lightning-fast hands that can steal the ball in the blink of an eye, using his "Thousand Hands Noble" technique.
Even though Natee seems the clumsiest, his height makes him perfect for the Center position, defending and playing under the hoop. Despite looking like the weakest link, Natee surprisingly becomes the team's strongest defensive barrier, earning his defensive stance the nickname "Iron Wall."
Waddao and Tongta are overjoyed that Napat successfully formed the team and fully prepare their cheerleading routines. Poonpan constantly tags along, causing a ruckus because he wants to watch his idol, Sakka, practice up close. Poonpan tries to create romantic opportunities for Sakka and Waddao to get closer, but his plans keep misfiring, constantly putting It into those romantic situations with Waddao instead.
The chaotic story of Napat forming the basketball team doesn't end easily, as there are still many obstacles to overcome. How will the story conclude?
