Soot Ruk Gub Duk Huajai

The story follows Cream (Amy Klinpratoom), who is unexpectedly laid off from her corporate job like a bolt from the blue. Besides providing for herself, Cream also has to take care of Tom (Putter Pattaranun Jamikorn), her only younger brother. Living in the same house with them is their cousin, Jit (Prae Emery). Jit loves reading novels, especially murder mysteries, and dreams of becoming a detective novelist.
To make ends meet, Cream returns to her old job as a promotional model. The dynamic duo, Cream and Jit, frequently hang out at the "Soot Ruk" (Love Recipe) coffee shop owned by Got (Sarut Wijitranon), eventually becoming close friends with him. When Got learns that Cream is out of a job, he invites her to come work at his coffee shop.
Meanwhile, Jit falls head over heels for Chok (Rangsit Sirananon), a young man who recently moved his office to the neighborhood and becomes the newest regular customer at Soot Ruk. Jit excitedly tells Cream that this man is her absolute ideal type. However, the day Cream finally sees Chok's face, she is completely shocked—Chok is a part of her high school past that she desperately wants to forget. Back then, when Chok passed his university entrance exams in the North, he moved away to study without a single word or even a goodbye.
How much longer can Cream deny her own heart? What will Chok do as old feelings resurface while new ones are just beginning to form? Will Jit choose the man of her dreams or an ordinary guy who truly loves her? Will Got gather the courage to confess his feelings to Jit? How will things end up between Tom and Wan? And will Cream be able to make it all the way to a world-class barista competition?
