Synopsis

Nol Rassiman (Akkaphan Namart) is abandoned by his bride-to-be Romanee (Premsinee Ratanasopha) right in the middle of their wedding ceremony. What Nol never knew was that throughout the ten years they had been together—since their university days—Romanee had secretly been in a deep relationship with Sakchai (Thanwisit Siangwan), Nol’s own best friend. On the night of Nol’s wedding, the two ran away together.
Romanee did everything out of genuine love for Sakchai. After that night, the couple disappeared without a trace, leaving Nol heartbroken and confused about why his bride vanished. All she left behind was a short farewell note explaining that she had not been harmed or kidnapped—she had simply chosen to leave him.
Three months later, Kanokwan (Daran Thitakawin), Nol’s mother, becomes deeply worried about her son’s condition. Nol is barely functioning as a person anymore. He neglects himself, lets his beard grow, drinks constantly, avoids people, and occasionally bursts into angry outbursts. Even Mr. Ped (Prap Yuttapichai), the family’s long-time driver and trusted servant, cannot reach him. Not even Niya (Amy Klinprathum), Nol’s younger sister, can help him recover.
More importantly, Nol has neglected the family business—the large department store “Dragon Mall”, founded by his grandmother. Nol has been responsible for it for years, but due to his neglect the recent quarterly profits have plummeted.
Kanokwan consults her mother, Grandma Chuen (Dr. Pathamakha Sukonthaman), asking what to do before Nol gets worse and before the department store faces closure. However, Grandma Chuen scolds her, questioning what kind of mother cannot take care of her own son and telling her to find someone else who can.
Desperate, Kanokwan turns to Ajarn Kongdej (Somchai Sakdikul), a famous fortune-teller popular among wealthy elites. Grandma Chuen disapproves of this superstitious approach. To make matters worse, the fortune-teller—who seems interested in Kanokwan’s wealth—tries to push his fiery daughter Kingkan (Thitinan Suwannathaworn) to take care of Nol. But behind Nol’s back, Kingkan behaves poorly, and Grandma Chuen quickly realizes that she is not sincere about helping him.
One night, Grandma Chuen attends a charity event to raise funds for a labor welfare foundation. Niya accompanies her. At the event, Ruangrin (Warattaya Nilkuha), a counseling officer, changes from an elegant evening gown into a maid’s uniform as part of the event’s concept supporting workers without social security. Many attendees dress as workers such as motorcycle taxi drivers, maids, and street vendors.
Niya is shocked to discover that the shabby-looking maid with messy hair is actually Rin, her close friend from high school whom she has not seen for years. Rin studied psychology at a university in Chiang Mai and now works as a volunteer counselor helping people who have failed in life.
As Grandma Chuen listens to the two friends talking, she suddenly gets an idea. She imagines that Ruangrin might be the one who can help Nol recover. She offers Rin a job: pretend to be a maid and secretly take care of Nol in every possible way until he becomes normal again. The mission must remain a secret—only Grandma Chuen, Niya, and Rin may know about it.
At first Rin refuses. But when she discovers that her parents’ dry-cleaning business in the countryside is collapsing due to competition from a large franchise and they are deeply in debt—having even mortgaged their house—she has no choice. Meanwhile her older brother Ruangyot is also losing money from his own dry-cleaning shop in Bangkok after being cheated by his greedy manager Kasorn.
Grandma Chuen offers to pay off Rin’s family debt—five million baht—in exchange for three months of work. Rin reluctantly accepts.
Rin lies to her boyfriend Danu and her brother, saying she will travel for volunteer work for three months. Suspicious of her strange behavior, Danu begins to doubt her.
Before starting the job, Niya takes Rin shopping at Dragon Mall to buy things for her new role as a maid. While separated from Niya in the restroom area, Rin accidentally gets into an argument with a messy-looking man—who she does not realize is Nol himself. Thinking he is a pervert, she grabs a nearby mop and hits him on the head.
Later, when they meet again at Nol’s house and he interviews her as the new maid, Rin is shocked speechless.
Nol hires her—because he wants revenge.
From that day on, Rin begins her mission as a “high-tech maid.” She secretly starts changing Nol’s lifestyle—his clothes, his bedroom furniture, and his habits—things no one has ever dared to touch before. Nol becomes furious when he discovers his dark wardrobe replaced with colorful clothes and his old ones thrown away.
Despite constant clashes, Rin gradually discovers that Nol is not truly a bad person. He has simply built emotional walls after being betrayed.
As time passes, their constant battles slowly turn into understanding—and eventually something deeper.
But complications grow:
Romanee eventually returns.
Her relationship with Sakchai begins falling apart due to gambling debts.
She plans to reunite with Nol only to exploit his wealth.
As lies, jealousy, misunderstandings, and danger escalate, Rin continues risking everything to protect Nol—even taking a bullet for him when Sakchai kidnaps him for ransom.
The truth about Rin’s identity and the secret mission is finally revealed. Nol feels betrayed by her deception, believing she only helped him for money. But eventually he learns the truth about her sincerity and the risks she took for him.
In the end, Nol realizes how much he truly loves Rin.
He stops resisting his feelings and finally confesses his love.
Rin is no longer just the “high-tech maid.”
She becomes his partner in life—today and forever.
