Synopsis

Danthep (Sukollawat Kanarot), a 30-year-old superstar, is an immensely famous and wealthy singer and actor. He has a supermodel girlfriend named Praifah (Karnklao Duaysienklao), and the two are scheduled to get engaged in a month. However, chaos ensues when Danthep receives a mysterious email from a young girl named Ida (Ploypapas Thananchaiyakarn), who claims to be the daughter of Danthep and Kate (Akumsiri Suwannasuk). Ida has investigated her father's identity and run away to Thailand with the help of Oh (Panrampa Sukdaipung), her mother's best friend. Worried that Ida's arrival will ruin his career, Danthep confides in Pung (Oliver Bever), his personal manager. He reveals that he got Kate, a Thai girl, pregnant 15 years ago during a summer in Holland, but her mother kept them apart so they never saw each other again. Danthep doesn't believe Ida is his daughter. Pung advises Danthep to keep the matter a secret, fearing it will ruin his career and his relationship with Praifah. Pung volunteers to handle everything, picking Ida up at the airport and taking her to stay at Danthep's penthouse by the Chao Phraya River.
When Danthep and Ida meet, Pung offers her a large sum of money in exchange for her evidence, but Ida refuses. Instead, she offers a deal: Danthep must act as her father for one week. Danthep brings Ida to live at the home of Khun Yut (Wanchai Phaowibul), Khun Uea (Papassara Techapaibul), and Colonel Danai (Surawut Maikun)—his father, mother, and older brother. This turns into an interrogation where Danthep sits like a suspect before his family. He pleads for their cooperation, assuring them that once he gets the evidence from Ida, it will all be over.
Ida has a wonderful time with Danthep and his family. Danthep cooks for her, watches her favorite shows with her, and rushes home every evening to have dinner. At the same time, he constantly tries to steal or hack the evidence from her, but she catches him every time. Khun Uea, Khun Yut, and Colonel Danai all grow incredibly fond of the adorable Ida. On the day Ida is supposed to reveal the evidence, it goes missing—stolen by Kate. Kate and Ida get into a massive argument. Oh double-crosses Kate, snatches the evidence back, and shows it to Danthep and his family, warning them that Kate has followed them to Thailand to take Ida back.
Kate takes Ida out of Danthep's house but forgets something. When she goes back to retrieve it, she runs right into Danthep. Danthep yells at her for not telling him she was pregnant 15 years ago. Kate, unaware that her own mother had kept them apart, doesn't bother arguing back because she believes Danthep is just an irresponsible man who abandoned her. Before they can fight further, Oh calls to say Ida is in the hospital, suffering from stress, and needs a warm, supportive environment to recover. Khun Uea asks Kate and Ida to stay in Thailand until Ida gets better. Kate endures living in Danthep's house despite despising him.
Curious about what Danthep is hiding, Praifah sends Euamdao (Atichanan Srisevok), a junior artist in the same company who secretly likes Danthep, to spy on him in exchange for helping her become a lead actress. Euamdao immediately agrees. Meanwhile, Mong (Wichaya Jarujinda), a young paparazzi, takes photos of Danthep and Ida, sparking rumors that Danthep is secretly dating a minor. Pung publicly admits to the rumor, fearing the real truth would destroy Danthep's career. Living together in the same house, Kate and Danthep begin to relearn about each other, and Danthep becomes much sweeter. One day, while Kate, Danthep, and Ida are cooking together in the kitchen, Praifah sneaks over the fence and catches them. Danthep confesses the whole truth. Heartbroken, Praifah runs away in a panic. Pung braces for impact, assuming Praifah will seek revenge. However, Praifah plays it cool and instead helps spread positive news, having Danthep participate in charity events to boost his reputation even more. Pung praises Praifah's kindness, but Praifah simply asks Danthep to promise that no matter what happens, their engagement date will not be postponed.
Mong hasn't given up on Danthep's family because he was specially hired by Keeta (Krissanakun Maneepakaphan), a jealous rival artist in the same company who can't stand Danthep's overwhelming success. Keeta offers Mong a handsome reward if he can expose Danthep's secret. During this time, Kate and Ida do everything they can to avoid reporters until Kate finally snaps and moves Ida to a condo. When Danthep's family finds out, they try every trick to bring the two back together. Colonel Danai teams up with his military best friend, Colonel Tom (Nopphon Phitaklopanich), to flirt with Kate and trigger Danthep's jealousy. However, things get complicated when Colonel Tom genuinely falls in love with Kate.
Meanwhile, Mong moves into the same condo as Ida to get close to her and dig up dirt. A senior modeling agent friend of Mong sees Ida and invites her to shoot commercials. Ida lands several jobs, but the one she is most excited about is a commercial where Danthep is the male lead. Mong observes them until he is absolutely certain Kate and Ida are Danthep's wife and daughter. Keeta gets the candid photos from Mong and sends them to a brand looking for a "single bachelor" presenter. Danthep is dropped, and Keeta is chosen instead. Danthep becomes quiet and withdrawn. Mong, having received a huge payoff from Keeta, treats Ida to meals and buys her gifts. Ida gets suspicious about his sudden wealth, and Mong begins to feel guilty. Kate interrogates Mong until she learns the truth behind Keeta replacing Danthep. Kate storms over to confront Keeta. Keeta is stunned to face a woman as fierce as Kate, but he secretly becomes impressed by her.
Noticing that Kate and Danthep actually love each other, Keeta decides to steal Kate away. Danthep accidentally spots Kate with Keeta on a day she drops Ida off at his house, leading to an argument. Kate, overwhelmed by Ida's stubbornness, breaks down. Feeling guilty, Danthep hugs her. Praifah walks in, sees the embrace, and runs out crying. She is almost hit by a car, but Danthep saves her and holds her in his arms. Kate watches painfully before driving away. Unsure of Danthep and Kate's relationship, Praifah plots to make Ida misunderstand her mother. Ida runs off to hang out with Euamdao and a high-society guy (Hiso), but sensing danger, she asks to leave and opens the car door while it's moving. Praifah, who was driving behind them, cuts the car off, rescues Ida, and signals the Hiso guy to take Euamdao instead. Danthep feels increasingly suffocated by Praifah's "goodness," which binds him tighter every day.
Danthep finally realizes that Kate is the woman he truly loves, but the closer he tries to get, the more Kate distances herself by going on dates with Tom and Keeta. Oh tries to help Danthep woo Kate but is constantly thwarted by Pung. Kate tries to get Keeta to leave Danthep alone, but fails. Believing the only way to save Danthep's career is to leave, Kate plans to take Ida out of Thailand. Danthep refuses to let them go. Kate lies, claiming she is dating Tom and taking him to Holland to meet her mother, which finally forces Danthep to let them leave.
Before they leave, Ida has a joint work event with Danthep and Keeta, swarming with reporters. Keeta obnoxiously tries to expose their father-daughter relationship. When that fails, he uses dirty tactics by inappropriately touching Ida. Unable to bear it, Danthep punches Keeta, publicly declares that Ida is his biological daughter, and orders Pung to hold a press conference. Reporters relentlessly hunt for Kate and Ida. Khun Uea takes Ida into hiding, while Danthep and Kate secretly lay low in the provinces. They finally have time to clear the air. Danthep orders flowers to propose to Kate, but while he is out picking them up, Praifah shows up. She manipulates Kate by saying Danthep is only doing all of this for his child. Hurt, Kate flees back to Bangkok. Danthep returns to find only Praifah, who claims Kate insulted her and left. Praifah then tells reporters that she and Danthep are still going strong, that she is close to his daughter, and stages photos with him, calling it a "practice honeymoon." The news reports conclude that Danthep and Praifah are definitely getting married, while Kate is merely an ex-wife.
Seeing the news, Kate loses her patience and takes Ida to the airport to fly back to Holland. Angry at her mother, Ida runs off the plane. Kate desperately searches for her, despite not knowing her way around Bangkok. Praifah calls Kate to tell her Ida is at Danthep's house. Kate rushes there, only to see Danthep, Ida, and Praifah looking like a happy family. Devastated, she cries and runs away. Ida sees her and runs after her mother out of guilt. Danthep scolds Kate, but Kate ignores him and asks Ida where she wants to live. Praifah manipulates the situation by telling Ida to pity her mother. Suppressing her true feelings, Ida says she will return to Holland with Kate.
How will Danthep decide? Will he choose to go through with the engagement to Praifah, or will he follow his own heart? What will happen next in the story?
