Tur Gub Kao Lae Ruk Kong Rao

Pangrum (Pancake Khemanit Jamikorn) is a beautiful former wealthy girl who became an orphan and was taken in by her biological uncle and aunt. After the loss of her parents, her family's financial situation plummeted. Unable to afford raising her, her aunt and uncle placed her under the care of Khun Yai (Pete Thongchua), a wealthy, strictly single older man. Khun Yai paid her relatives a large sum of money and provided Pangrum with a lavish life, leading to gossip that she was merely Khun Yai's "little bird in a golden cage." This arrangement deeply displeased Kanda (Poo Sararat Rumruangwong), Khun Yai's greedy aunt, who feared Pangrum would eventually seize the family fortune since Khun Yai's parents had passed away and no one else was guarding the estate. To counter this, Kanda groomed Sajee (May Pitchanart Sakhakorn), a rising club dancer, into a high-society lady to seduce her nephew. However, Sajee was nothing more than a temporary fling; Khun Yai's heart belonged solely to Pangrum. The problem was that she was his ward and the same age as Khun Ying (Rodmay Kanuengnij Jaksamithanon), his younger sister, making the situation look inappropriate to outsiders. To make matters worse, Khun Lek (Sugus Buntawit Tragulpanich), Khun Yai's spoiled youngest brother, also developed a crush on Pangrum.
Khun Yai, having to take care of his younger siblings and manage the massive business empire left by his late parents, grew up to be a quiet and stern man. He assigned Thanop (Ball Asanai Tienthong), his trusted right-hand man, to help look after his siblings. This made Khun Lek jealous, thinking his older brother didn't trust him. Additionally, Chanon (Kan Kantathavorn), Khun Ying's ex-boyfriend and Khun Lek's close friend, also stepped in to help Khun Yai watch over the younger siblings. Meanwhile, Pangrum's life as a caged bird consisted of dressing up beautifully and accompanying Khun Yai to high-society events. She was never happy with these luxuries; she longed for freedom and was sick of dealing with the fakeness of Kanda and Sajee. Fortunately, she had Head Housekeeper Rabiab (Padthai Deejai Deedee), a kind-hearted woman who always gave her advice. Rabiab constantly taught Pangrum to be patient and to remain a good person. When Khun Yai had to go on a business trip to Shanghai, he brought Pangrum along, which prompted Kanda to force Sajee to tag along and serve him as well.
In Shanghai, Khun Yai's schedule was packed with meetings, and Sajee clung to him so tightly that Pangrum couldn't even get close. Feeling lonely, Pangrum sneaked out to explore the city by herself and was almost hit by a car. Luckily, she was saved by Pao (Pae Arak Amornsupasiri), a Thai man living in Shanghai. He aggressively massaged her sprained ankle, causing her to cry out in pain and curse at him in Thai, assuming he couldn't understand her. But when she stood up to confront him, the pain in her foot was completely gone. Pangrum handed Pao some money as a reward. Annoyed, Pao was about to snap back at her but noticed a handkerchief she had unknowingly dropped. That handkerchief reminded him of the chubby-cheeked little wealthy girl who was his childhood sweetheart back in Thailand. Pao's life suddenly felt joyful again. Ever since that little girl disappeared from his school, he had been waiting for her return. Pao's hopes had faded when he became an orphan and had to move to Shanghai to live with his aunt and uncle, struggling to survive. He even resorted to underground boxing, using the Muay Thai Chaiya skills he had brought with him to teach locals and earn some money to help his relatives.
Back at the hotel, chaos ensued as Khun Yai frantically ordered his men to search for Pangrum. Housekeeper Rabiab was worried sick, while Sajee secretly prayed that Pangrum would drop dead. When Pangrum finally returned, instead of punishing her, Khun Yai ordered his staff to find her a tour guide for the next day, realizing she must have run off because she was lonely. Rabiab scolded Pangrum out of concern, and Pangrum felt guilty for making everyone worry. Shortly after, Pangrum became incredibly sad when she realized she had lost her precious handkerchief. Rabiab couldn't understand why the young lady was so heartbroken over such a trivial thing.
The next morning, Thanop brought in the new tour guide to introduce to Khun Yai—it was Pao! Pangrum and Pao were both stunned, never expecting to see each other again. Pao quickly introduced himself in Thai, causing Pangrum to choke on her drink out of sheer embarrassment for having cursed him out earlier. In the ensuing panic, Pao decisively stepped in and slapped her back to save her from choking. Khun Yai was very impressed and immediately hired Pao, emphasizing that Pao must take the absolute best care of Pangrum because "she is my woman." Those words struck Pao's heart like lightning. Not knowing how to handle his feelings, he put on an aloof, emotionless face, which annoyed Pangrum as she felt he wasn't taking good care of her. Her annoyance grew, and upon returning to the hotel, she complained to Khun Yai and demanded a new guide. Just then, a drunkard tried to grope Pangrum, and Pao swiftly took him down, showing off fighting skills faster than a professional bodyguard. Khun Yai was extremely pleased and decided Pao was the most suitable person to protect Pangrum, entirely ignoring Pangrum's protests, which led her to give Khun Yai the silent treatment.
The next morning, Pao picked up Pangrum and Rabiab as usual. By coincidence, they ran into Pao's aunt and uncle, only to discover they were distant relatives of Rabiab. The aunt and uncle immediately entrusted their nephew to Rabiab's care. Everyone enjoyed a huge meal together, so much so that Rabiab got a terrible stomachache and couldn't move. Pangrum took the opportunity to sneak off again, but Pao tracked her down. While trying to run away from him, she tripped and scraped her knee. Pao's words and the way he treated her wound felt incredibly familiar to Pangrum. She tried to interrogate him about his true identity, but Rabiab called, interrupting them. She told Pao to bring Pangrum back to the hotel immediately because Khun Yai had a sudden meeting in another city. Pangrum refused and forced Pao to continue the tour. Sajee quickly suggested they leave Pangrum behind so she could be alone with Khun Yai. Hearing this, Pangrum felt hurt and spitefully dragged Pao out to drink. Despite Pao's attempts to stop her, she got blackout drunk. Pao had no choice but to carry her back to the hotel. Furious, Rabiab assumed Pao had gotten the young lady drunk; she slapped him and fired him on the spot. That night, Pao slept hugging the handkerchief, missing his childhood sweetheart, while Pangrum slept-talked about Pao all night.
The following day, despite Rabiab's strict ban, Pangrum called Pao and told him to pick her up. Rabiab was too weak from diarrhea to stop her. Pangrum hired a nurse to look after Rabiab before heading out with Pao. The two happily spent the day together. However, the next morning, Pangrum had to return to Thailand urgently and didn't even get a chance to say goodbye. Pao was left heartbroken, believing he would never see the girl of his dreams again.
In Thailand, Uncle Rabob (Kom Chuanchuen), Rabiab's husband and Khun Yai's driver, whose eyesight was failing, got into a car accident while driving Khun Yai and Sajee. Fortunately, no one was seriously hurt. Kanda seized the opportunity to suggest Withit (X Piya Wimuktayon), her own young lover, as the new driver. Khun Yai wasn't impressed. Rabiab then recommended Pao, and Khun Yai agreed. Pao immediately prepared to move back to Thailand. A-mui (Kaembum Pimnipa Jittateeraroj), a mafia boss's daughter who was madly in love with Pao, was furious. She threw such a tantrum that Pao's aunt and uncle had to beg on her behalf, but A-mui gave an ultimatum that she had to go with Pao. Reluctantly, Rabiab had to take A-mui in as another maid.
No one anticipated that Pao's arrival in Thailand would spark so much chaos. What was certain was that Khun Yai grew very fond of Pao for his loyalty. When Khun Yai noticed that his sister, Khun Ying, had a crush on Pao, he gave them his blessing. This infuriated Thanop, who was secretly in love with Khun Ying. Thanop then teamed up with Sajee to get rid of Pao and Pangrum. Sajee manipulated Khun Yai into allowing Pangrum to go shoot a commercial in a rural province, with Pao acting as her escort. While taking a boat to the shore, Pangrum fell into the water. Pao immediately dove in to save her, leading the two to become stranded on a deserted island. Caught up in the romantic atmosphere, Pao and Pangrum gave in to their feelings and slept together. Back home, Khun Yai was incredibly stressed over Pangrum's disappearance and ordered a massive search. The moment she was found, Khun Yai pulled her into a comforting embrace—something he had never done before.
Although Pao tried to hide his feelings for Pangrum, he couldn't escape the watchful eyes of A-mui, who constantly monitored him. Sajee quickly recruited A-mui to her side. The situation turned even more chaotic when Chanon revealed that he, too, had fallen in love with Pangrum. He even boldly asked Khun Yai for her hand in exchange for giving up his share of their business, leaving everyone in absolute shock!
