Hua Jai Song Park

Chad, a passionate young businessman who runs a construction materials export business, is discussing a problem with Ran, the owner of a tour company. The two are still unable to reach an agreement, causing Ran to become stressed. In a moment of carelessness, he gets into a car accident.
Late at night in Australia, Tawanchai receives a piece of bad news over the phone from Thailand that her father has been in an accident and passed away. Tawanchai decides to travel back to Thailand immediately. After getting off the plane, Tawanchai meets Don, a young man who cuts in front of her to call a taxi. As soon as Don sees Tawanchai, he becomes very interested in her and volunteers to drop her off at her house. Seeing his friendly demeanor and that it is about to rain, Tawanchai agrees. A welcome party for Tawanchai is attended by many business guests, including Somsri, who brings her daughter Somsurang to the party in hopes of catching a rich man. Somsri's target is Chad, so she brings her daughter to greet him. Tawanchai sees Chad with Somsurang and also sees Krongthip, Araya's ex-wife, secretly making eyes at Chad. Tawanchai becomes certain that Chad is a womanizer. Don is very happy to meet Tawanchai again. The two hit it off and eventually become friends because Tawanchai doesn't have any friends in Thailand. Don makes an appointment with Tawanchai at a pub to introduce her to his best friend. Tawanchai is speechless when she sees that Don's best friend is Chad. Don and Chad talk about Tawanchai, leaving her with Dalad, Chad's younger sister. Chad tells Don that he is worried about him, fearing that Ran will sell his daughter to pay off his debts, just like Somsri peddling Somsurang. Don believes in Tawanchai that she would absolutely not sell her dignity for money and confesses to Chad that he loves Tawanchai.
Ran is not happy that Tawanchai is close to Don, so he tells Araya to keep Don away from Tawanchai. Don feels uneasy about Tawanchai's father, so he turns to gambling until he is hundreds of thousands in debt. Even though Chad signs a check for Don to pay off his debt, Don uses it as capital to continue playing until he loses everything. Moreover, he is threatened to pay off his debt quickly. Araya steps in to help his son and offers Don a deal to hide abroad for a while. Don flies to Las Vegas without saying goodbye to Tawanchai and Chad at all. Araya forces Ran to pay off his debt by offering him a deal to give up his daughter to pay it off. Ran is very angry with Araya, so he consults Chad about this matter and asks for his help. Chad asks Ran for Tawanchai by forgiving his 10 million baht debt. Ran agrees because he knows Chad is a good person. Chad then brings the documents for Ran to sign as evidence. Ran dies of a heart attack because he feels disappointed in Chad, thinking that Chad will keep his daughter as a minor wife. Chad feels guilty about the incident that happened and promises in front of Ran's corpse that he will take care of Tawanchai. Because of the contract Ran made before he died, Chad has rights over her, so Chad takes Tawanchai to live with him at his house.
Araya is very angry with Chad because he was the one who planned to get Don away from Tawanchai, but Chad got Tawanchai instead. The relationship between Chad and Tawanchai gradually improves. Dalad has to go study abroad, so she leaves Tum, a two-year-old boy, with Tawanchai. Tawanchai is very shocked that Chad already has a child, but she doesn't care because she likes Tum a lot, making Chad feel even better about Tawanchai. Dalad meets Don in Las Vegas, but she refuses to tell Don about Tawanchai because she is afraid that Don will be sad. Chad lives happily with Tawanchai and Tum.

Don learns about Tawanchai from Araya that Chad has already taken Tawanchai, making Don very sad. He drinks alcohol until he loses his senses and forces himself on Dalad. Dalad is very heartbroken, so she runs away to stay with a friend. Once Don regains his senses, he feels guilty about what happened, so he looks for Dalad to take responsibility. Dalad hates Don very much, so she flees back to Thailand.
After Tawanchai returns from Hua Hin, she goes back to see her old house that used to belong to her father. She finds her father's diary written about his disappointment in not being able to keep the company he intended to build for Tawanchai. He writes cursing Araya for forcing him to sell Tawanchai to pay off his debt. Tawanchai then realizes that Araya is a bad person just as she thought. Tawanchai is willing to do whatever it takes to get her father's company back. Araya offers Tawanchai to marry him. She agrees and investigates until she finds out that the new owner of her father's house is Chad.
As for Chad, he finds out about Dalad being pregnant and tries to press her on who the father of the child is. Eventually, Don confesses, making Chad furious and punching Don several times. Don follows to clear the air with Chad until he finds out the truth that Tum is his and Arada's child. Don is very touched by his best friend. He promises Chad that he will change himself for his child. Don successfully clears the air with Dalad with Tawanchai's help. Dalad agrees to learn and start dating Don seriously. Tawanchai finds out the truth that Tum is Don and Arada's child, making her love Chad even more, and she tries to let go because she is going to marry Araya according to the agreement. Don finds out about his father having shares in an illegal casino, so he uses this to blackmail him to release Tawanchai to be free. Once she is free, Tawanchai immediately goes to look for Chad.
