Look Mai Plian See

“Look Mai Plian See (Fallen Fruit / Changing Colors)” is a dramatic story of love, betrayal, and obsession.
Namthip, a final-year medical student, is in a loving relationship with Chatree, her fellow medical student. The two plan to marry after graduation, and their relationship seems perfect—until Namthip introduces Chatree to Ruthai.
Ruthai is beautiful and charming, but she is in a relationship with Buncha, a poor man. Seeing Chatree’s wealth and promising future, Ruthai schemes to win him over. She pretends to seek advice from Namthip about her relationship, using it as an excuse to grow closer to Chatree. Eventually, Chatree gives in to temptation and begins an affair with her.
When Ruthai becomes pregnant, she breaks up with Buncha and claims that the child is Chatree’s. When Namthip discovers the betrayal, she is devastated. The emotional trauma drives her into severe depression, forcing her to quit her studies.
Her classmate Prasop, who secretly loves her, stays by her side and comforts her. However, Namthip manipulates his feelings—forcing him, as a medical intern at a sperm bank, to steal Chatree’s donated sperm. She becomes pregnant and retreats to her countryside home.
This scandal brings deep shame to her mother Namngern, who dies of heartbreak. Left with only her relatives Uncle Thongdee and Aunt Malai, Namthip continues her life, while Prasop agrees to take responsibility as the father of her child.
Meanwhile, Chatree marries Ruthai.
After completing her medical degree, Namthip continues to follow news of Chatree and Ruthai, consumed by anger and resentment. Her obsession grows, pushing her toward psychological instability.
