Synopsis
“Su Yip Ta (Fight to the End)” is a gritty rural drama about injustice, resilience, and the fight to protect one’s land and dignity.
At Ban Wang Ma, Phuya Phan Phatang is furious with Somnuek, a subordinate of Sia Weng (Wichai Chanakha), for warning villagers not to sell their land. Phan orders Phuya Khajorn of Dong Sathon village to send his men, Khun and Rueang, to brutally assault Somnuek, leaving him nearly dead. Soon after, Phan himself is ambushed and shot—raising suspicion toward Sia Weng.
Meanwhile, Cheewin Chumphon, struggling from the economic downturn, returns to his hometown with his wife Usa and their child Pond. They hope to rebuild their lives on inherited land. Cheewin’s mother Choi is overjoyed by their return. However, Phan attempts to buy Cheewin’s land, and when he refuses, Cheewin is murdered by Phan’s henchmen—Chu, Jam, and Mao.
Devastated but determined, Usa refuses to give up. She meets Krit Kreetha, a neighboring farmer, and the two quickly form a bond. Krit reconnects with his old friend Police Captain Prachid Cherngruk, providing information about the illegal land acquisitions and helping reopen Cheewin’s case.
Finding new hope, Usa starts a small food and dessert business to support herself. But danger continues to loom. Phan, along with Phuan and Kla, visits Usa’s farm and sends Khajorn’s men to probe Krit. One night, Krit is ambushed by four attackers and severely injured. He is nursed back to health by Uncle Phui and Noon.
Once recovered, Krit retaliates against his attackers. Phan twists the story, accusing Krit of causing trouble. Seizing the moment, Krit reveals the truth—that he was ambushed and nearly killed, and that the group has been violently driving people out of Wang Ma.
As tensions escalate, the battle between justice and corruption intensifies.
