Synopsis

Chormuang (Napapa Tantrakul) is a bold and mischievous young woman, the beloved granddaughter of Grandma Chamchuen (Duangta Toongkamanee), a famous maker of khao tom mat (sticky rice with banana) whose products are the best-selling in Bangkok. Grandma Chamchuen is not only skilled in cooking but also in matchmaking—and now she has set her sights on finding a husband for her still-single granddaughter.
Her chosen match is Tongchin (Rattapoom Tokongsup), the cherished grandson of Ama Kimthor (Kob Sujaritthanon), her lifelong friend. But the moment Chormuang and Tongchin hear about the arranged marriage, they strongly reject it.
The problem? They have been rivals since childhood. Both are sharp-tongued, stubborn, and love to argue—every encounter turns into chaos. More importantly, Chormuang’s heart already belongs to Lai Thai (Akkaphan Namart), a warm and kind banana plantation owner she has secretly loved for years. Unfortunately, he only sees her as a younger sister.
On the other hand, Tongchin is deeply in love with Fongdao (Chidchan Rujiphan), a refined and elegant young woman raised in a noble, traditional Thai family. Despite his sincere love, Fongdao only considers him a neighbor and friend.
Since neither Chormuang nor Tongchin has any feelings for each other—and with their mutual dislike—they join forces to escape the arranged marriage. However, their grandmothers refuse to cancel it, insisting on keeping their promise at all costs.
Left with no choice, the two decide to run away abroad, planning to return once things calm down. Chormuang is supported by her mother Ruenrom (Jintara Sukphat), who opposes the marriage, while Tongchin is backed by his father Ah Chao (Pongpat Wachirabunjong).
The conflict deepens due to an old grudge between Ruenrom and Ah Chao. In the past, they were supposed to marry, but Ah Chao got another woman pregnant, humiliating Ruenrom. Though both have since lost their spouses, the resentment remains—so strong that Ruenrom vows never to forgive or allow her daughter to marry into that family.
Amidst love triangles, family feuds, and a forced marriage, the question remains:
Will Chormuang and Tongchin escape their fate—or will love find its way where they least expect it?
