Synopsis

Sakkarn Thanasak, the heir to a famous hotel empire, is devastated by the death of his fiancée, Rangsriya, who dies in a car accident abroad. From that day on, grief consumes him. He becomes emotionally numb, spending all his time staring at her photos, neglecting himself, and withdrawing from life. He isolates himself in a suburban house with only his servant, Perm, for company—causing great concern for his parents, Damrong and Chulee, and his younger sister, Alavee.
Desperate to help him move on, his family keeps introducing him to women, but Sakkarn shows no interest. Chulee eventually contacts her close friend Prim in Chiang Mai, a widowed mother who runs a longan farm and export business. Prim travels to Bangkok with her daughter, Puriman, a bright and kind young woman who has just graduated in agriculture.
When Puriman arrives, her cheerful personality quickly wins over Sakkarn’s family. By coincidence, Sakkarn rescues her from an attempted assault near his house, and she instantly falls in love with him. He reluctantly takes her home to recover, where she notices his lifeless surroundings and tries to bring warmth into his world—planting flowers and caring for him—but Sakkarn rejects her efforts and sends her away.
Later, both are shocked to learn their families are connected, and Chulee arranges their marriage, believing Puriman’s warmth can heal her son. Though Sakkarn resists the arranged marriage, he ultimately agrees out of obligation. After the wedding, they live together but sleep in separate rooms, as Sakkarn still cannot accept her.
Despite this, Puriman remains patient and devoted, doing everything she can to bring light back into his life. Slowly, Sakkarn begins to soften. However, complications arise when Rangsita, Rangsriya’s younger sister—who secretly loves Sakkarn—returns. Jealous and manipulative, she schemes to break the couple apart, causing repeated misunderstandings and arguments.
Eventually, overwhelmed, Puriman leaves and returns to Chiang Mai. Sakkarn follows, intending to divorce her. She agrees but asks him to wait in Bangkok. On her way back, however, her car plunges off a cliff, and she is presumed dead.
Sakkarn is once again consumed by grief—until one day, he meets Kaew, a modern, confident woman who looks and behaves strikingly similar to Puriman. Suspicious, he grows closer to her, convinced she might actually be Puriman in disguise.
In truth, Kaew is indeed Puriman, who survived the accident but chose to return under a new identity. Eventually, Rangsita discovers this secret and confronts her. In a heated struggle, the truth is revealed—Rangsita confesses that she was responsible for her own sister’s death.
Sakkarn arrives just in time to hear everything. He saves Puriman, denounces Rangsita, and finally admits that the only woman he truly loves is Puriman—not as a replacement for the past, but as someone irreplaceable in her own right.
Puriman is rushed to the hospital in critical condition. As Sakkarn stays by her side, her heart suddenly stops. In despair, he embraces her and cries—until, miraculously, her heart starts beating again.
In the end, love triumphs.
Sakkarn and Puriman reunite and begin a new life together, leaving behind the pain of the past and embracing a future filled with hope.
