Because we know that most people in Bangkok are not originally from Bangkok… whether from the North, South, East, West, or our beloved Isan region, they have all come here striving to work for a better life.
And this is the origin of the sitcom “Nad Kub Nad” (Date with Nad).
“Nad Kub Nad” tells the story of two young men from the provinces, “Nad Lor” and “Nad Tae,” who have just graduated from university and moved to the capital in search of jobs.
Through this journey, they discover the true meaning of life. They encounter a variety of experiences and overcome many obstacles—filled with fun, heartfelt moments, friendship, and the inner beauty of provincial people.
All of this unfolds under the philosophy of a “sufficiency life” amidst the glamorous yet chaotic atmosphere of the big city.
