Synopsis
Hua Jai Sila (Heart of Stone): This dramatic tale of revenge and redemption centers on Sila (also known as Tor), the illegitimate son of a high-ranking official named Songsak and his mistress, Mai. After his mother passes away, Tor is taken into Songsak's home, where he is tormented by his stepmother, Sida, and his half-brother, Sawit.
His only comfort during a lonely childhood is Minta, the daughter of neighboring aristocrats, who treats him with kindness while her sister, Mingkwan, joins in the bullying. One night, after being framed for theft and brutally beaten by Sida, Tor escapes. When a boy's body is found in the river shortly after, everyone assumes Tor is dead. In reality, he is rescued by his maternal aunt, Mam (Phimsuda).
Fifteen years later, Tor returns as Sila, the powerful right-hand man to Mam, who now runs a high-end nightlife empire. A chance car accident brings him face-to-face with Minta, who is now an interior designer. While Minta suspects Sila is her childhood friend, he coldly denies it to protect his identity.
Sila's thirst for vengeance is reignited when he discovers that Sawit is still a predatory abuser and Sida continues to use her influence to cover up their crimes. Sila begins a calculated demolition of their lives:
The story culminates in a violent showdown. Sida and Sawit kidnap Sila and Minta, demanding Sila sign over his entire fortune. Although a friend, Laksami, calls the police, she is tragically killed in the crossfire. Sila is shot and falls into the water, leading his enemies to believe he is finally dead. However, justice prevails as Sida, Sawit, and their accomplices are arrested. Sila survives the ordeal, eventually returning to Minta to heal their broken hearts and start a new life together.
