Synopsis
Paokaew, a refined young woman educated abroad, is sent overseas by Burapha and Porntip, a married couple who own Burapha Media Group, a music label. After graduating with a bachelor’s degree, she returns to Thailand. Burapha and Porntip আশা that she will take over managing the company.
Meanwhile, Plai-or, a country girl, comes to Bangkok after winning a luk thung (Thai country music) singing contest. However, she soon loses her mother, whose dying wish is for her to avenge her father, Phaophong—a former legendary luk thung singer who was betrayed and murdered by Burapha, his former manager who seized control of his band. The only person who knows the truth is Monrat, Phaophong’s trusted songwriter, who has disappeared from the music industry.
Plai-or travels to Bangkok with Thitboonthing and tries to confront Burapha at his music label but is turned away. A driver suggests she find him at Thewa Café, a nightlife venue he frequents. Plai-or gets a job there and meets several people, including Wanphen, a former rising singer now selling spicy salad outside the café; Tueng, Wanphen’s younger boyfriend; and three resident singers—Kaewalee, Waewduen, and Phiangfah.
When Paokaew returns to Thailand, Porntip throws a welcome party, but Burapha skips it to watch performances at Thewa Café. Upon hearing this, Paokaew suffers a severe headache and faints. Suphakrit, an entertainment journalist, reports on the incident and meets Plai-or, who learns everything about Paokaew and begins plotting revenge against the family.
Paokaew becomes furious when the incident becomes entertainment news and confronts Suphakrit. Meanwhile, Burapha continues visiting Thewa Café and meets Plai-or. Using charm and cunning, Plai-or persuades him to support her singing career. However, Phiangfah, Burapha’s former lover, informs Porntip. Paokaew confronts Plai-or, but Burapha ignores her and signs Plai-or as a singer, promising to promote her into the label. Still, Sangsom, who oversees the singers, secretly blocks producers from working with Plai-or under Paokaew’s orders.
Wanphen later falls ill, and Plai-or takes care of her. Grateful, Wanphen encourages her to enter a singing competition for the title “The Goddess of the Feathered Crown” and offers to train her. At the same time, Plai-or searches for Monrat, who holds the truth about her father’s death.
On the anniversary of Phaophong’s death, a grand memorial concert is held. Many famous veteran singers attend, including Monrat, who performs one of Phaophong’s songs. Plai-or recognizes it and rushes to him, but Burapha sends men to kill Monrat. Fortunately, Suphakrit and his senior colleague save him in time. Monrat reveals that Phaophong was murdered by Burapha.
Suphakrit investigates further with Police Major General Thanong and even pretends to court Paokaew to gain access to the label. Meanwhile, Paokaew begins training as a singer to compete with Plai-or, but her health deteriorates. She later becomes famous with her debut album and enters the same singing competition.
Plai-or eventually meets Monrat and proves she is Phaophong’s daughter with evidence, including her mother’s letter. Monrat believes her and returns to songwriting to support her career. Plai-or’s second album becomes a huge success, overshadowing Paokaew.
When Paokaew learns Monrat is helping Plai-or, she asks to meet him, but he rejects her upon knowing she is Burapha’s daughter. Heartbroken, she overworks herself and is hospitalized, where it is revealed she has a brain tumor.
Later, Monrat discovers a scar on Paokaew and realizes she is actually Phaophong’s youngest daughter, who was believed to have died—making her Plai-or’s sister. He keeps this secret for a while but eventually composes songs for her as well.
As the police reopen Phaophong’s case, Burapha is summoned for questioning. On the day of the singing competition final, both Plai-or and Paokaew tie, requiring a final round. However, Paokaew falls ill again after learning about the investigation, allowing Plai-or to win.
Burapha is exposed after Sangsom confesses his crimes. The truth about Paokaew’s identity is revealed—she is Phaophong’s daughter and Plai-or’s sister. In desperation, Burapha kidnaps Paokaew, but Suphakrit rescues her. Burapha then takes Plai-or and Monrat hostage. During this, Monrat reveals the truth about their sibling relationship. Plai-or is devastated, realizing the person she used for revenge is her own sister, while Paokaew is heartbroken that Burapha intended to kill her. Porntip later dies from shock.
On the day Plai-or is to receive her award, Paokaew must undergo surgery abroad. Plai-or invites her to attend, and Paokaew secretly comes before leaving. Plai-or dedicates her victory to Paokaew, saying her mission for revenge is complete. Monrat publicly reveals the truth that both are daughters of Phaophong, and the judges award the title jointly to both sisters.
In the end, Plai-or asks Suphakrit to take care of Paokaew during her surgery, while she continues her career, waiting for the day her sister returns so they can sing together as the “Goddess of the Feathered Crown.” The two sisters reconcile with love and understanding, looking forward to their future together.
