Suea Choi is released from prison along with Suea Chai. They part ways—Suea Choi heads to Non Thai District to reconcile with his older brother, Kamnan Cha, while Suea Chai is taken away by the henchmen of Suea Khram.
On a stormy night, Suea Choi arrives at Kamnan Cha’s house, where Mali, Kamnan Cha’s wife—and Suea Choi’s former lover—is about to give birth. However, trouble arises when Suea Khram, who once had a betrayal conflict with Suea Choi, comes seeking revenge.
Suea Choi tells Kamnan Cha to take Mali and escape while he stays behind to fight Suea Khram. In the end, Suea Khram retreats, but Suea Choi is left critically wounded.
Kamnan Cha takes Mali to hide in an abandoned hut, where she gives birth to a baby girl amid the heavy rain. He names the child Fonnuea (“Northern Rain”).
Years later, Kamnan Cha settles in Wang Chomphu village. Yupin, Mali’s relative, helps raise the three spirited and beautiful girls—Fonnuea, Kratai, and Tuktun—after Mali passes away shortly after giving birth to the youngest child.
Yupin tries to raise the girls to be proper ladies, but they are more drawn to action and adventure. Kamnan Cha, being very protective, fears they might be deceived or harmed, so he trains them in self-defense—teaching them boxing and shooting.
