Wi Wa On La Weng

Thipkasem is called back from abroad by her mother, Thewi, to marry Chawi, a young man who is the younger brother of Patthana, her mother’s new husband. Thipkasem resents Patthana deeply, believing he married her mother only for her wealth. What she doesn’t know is that her mother is terminally ill with cancer, and their financial situation has deteriorated. Patthana, in fact, steps in to help by purchasing her mother’s estate to save it.
Feeling trapped, Thipkasem decides to run away to Thewi’s estate, unaware that it is no longer her mother’s property. Chawi, who manages his family’s estate adjacent to Thewi’s, knows Thipkasem is coming. He secretly plans with his estate caretaker, Uncle Khab, not to reveal his identity to her.
Thipkasem arrives at the district in the evening, lost and disoriented. Chawi rides after her and offers to guide her to Thewi’s estate, still keeping his identity hidden. Along the way, Chawi speaks in a way meant to provoke Thipkasem, but she stubbornly fights back, impressing him with her strong spirit. Chawi resolves that he will never marry her. Meanwhile, Chawi already has a romantic interest, Buarin, a beauty queen holding three provincial titles.
Chawi’s mother, Janjaem, learns that Patthana is planning to have his younger brother marry Thipkasem. Angered and disappointed by Patthana—who previously married the widow Thewi—Janjaem is determined not to let Chawi marry Thewi’s daughter.
As Thewi’s condition worsens, she insists that Thipkasem marry Chawi quickly. She and Patthana confront Thipkasem at the estate, but she refuses, accusing Chawi and Patthana of being motivated solely by her mother’s wealth.
