Athit Jaikla is a young man who survived a miraculous birth; his mother was forced to flee into the wilderness to give birth, leaving him with a scar on his chest near his heart—a permanent reminder of his origin and his mother’s suffering. That scar symbolizes both pain and the blood spilled on the earth, shaping a life fueled by deep-seated vengeance.
Years later, the sound of an explosion and the shouting, “I’ll kill you!” echoes across the sky, marking the beginning of Athit’s war against his grandmother, Nai Mae, and his father, Chai—the source of all his suffering. Together with Pan, his nanny who grew up alongside him, Athit heads to Bangkok to track down his grandmother and father, with their search focusing on a grand hotel.
Athit’s plan progresses when Yawadee, a meticulous hotel manager of the Grand Diamond Hotel, hires him with warmth and affection. Athit gladly plays along, following his plan, unaware that Yawadee has a child, Nudi, which she has kept secret. Eventually, Yawadee confesses this to Athit, who shows no aversion, delighting her. Yet unbeknownst to Yawadee, Athit has no intention of settling down with her—his heart belongs solely to Tritip, the elegant daughter of Chao Sua Lim, a hotel partner, and to his mission of revenge.
