Synopsis

Somchai (Dan–Worrawech) is a cool, rebellious young man with a mischievous streak. His closest friends are Jack (Poy–Napat) and Jill (Kwang–Ornkan), twin siblings—a boy and a girl. The three of them study at an arts university and share the dream of forming their own band.
Somchai lost his mother in an accident 10 years ago and now lives with his father, Anon (Ton–Jakkrit), an insurance salesman who often travels upcountry for work. Because of this, Somchai is mostly looked after by a kind middle-aged neighbor, Aunt Aom (Noon–Ramida).
One day, Somchai receives devastating news—his father has been in a car accident in Pattaya. He immediately rushes there on his beloved scooter, “Tawan.” At the same time, Noona (Bua–Sarocha), a sweet girl from Chiang Rai, also heads to Pattaya after learning that her mother, Sirie (Kwanrudee), has been in an accident as well.
During the journey, Noona falls off a vehicle and ends up traveling with Somchai, who is also short on money. Along the way, they discover a shocking truth: on the morning of the accident, Somchai’s father and Noona’s mother had legally registered their marriage.
Anon regains consciousness, but Sirie falls into a coma. Although Anon insists it was true love, both Somchai and Noona struggle to accept the situation. As a result, Noona moves to Bangkok to live with Anon as his new daughter, which causes deep resentment in Somchai. From that point on, the two refuse to speak to each other.
For Noona’s safety, Anon enrolls her in a girls’ school. Meanwhile, he takes a temporary job in another province to cover Sirie’s medical expenses, leaving Somchai and Noona to live together alone. Somchai is forced to take responsibility for her, which frustrates him greatly. His once carefree life—riding his scooter and impressing girls—turns into running errands, taking Noona to school, grocery shopping, and doing house chores. His rebellious image is completely shattered.
Noona, on the other hand, is equally unhappy being dragged into Somchai’s rough, boyish world—waiting for his band practice, attending his football matches, and dealing with his messy lifestyle. Despite their constant friction, they slowly begin to understand each other.
One day, Somchai learns from Jill that Jack has fallen in love with Noona. For reasons he doesn’t fully understand, Somchai becomes upset and tries to interfere, causing tension between him and Jack. At the same time, both Somchai and Noona begin to realize they have feelings for each other—but their status as step-siblings forces them to suppress those emotions.
Unable to handle it, Somchai decides to move out and work part-time to support himself. Noona, worried about him, secretly looks after him from afar. Meanwhile, Jack and Jill bring news of an upcoming band competition.
Somchai works tirelessly, eventually collapsing from exhaustion. He is later diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor, but chooses to keep it a secret. When Noona finds out, she works hard to earn money for his treatment.
Eventually, Sirie recovers from her coma. The day of the music competition arrives—coinciding with Somchai’s worsening condition. Despite his illness, he pushes himself to perform, determined to fulfill his dream with his friends. Noona secretly leaves an invitation for Anon, who quietly attends the event.
Somchai achieves his dream on stage… before collapsing.
Anon finally learns the truth about his son’s illness, and they reconcile at last.
But what will happen to the love between Somchai and Noona?
Can a relationship that began as siblings truly become something more?
