Rong Soraya's family owns a TV network, his parents are divorcing, his sister works with his father at the company but he doesn't want to work there, because he doesn't get along with him. No one really gets along with his father because he is a difficult person to work with. The only person who can handle Rong's father is his secretary who happens to be Prai Pkydao's cousin. Prai lives in the country with her father and stepmother. She gets along with both of them but they want her to marry someone she dislikes. On her engagement day, she runs away and goes to see her cousin who lives in the city. Prai meets Rong when she is sent to pick him up from an island he was stuck on. They don't get along because they are both stubborn. They end up working together at the TV network and start getting to know each other. Because Rong and Prai both have someone they don't like chasing after them, they decide to help each other and pretend to be a couple...
