Tevich squeezes through the crowd gathered for the second round of auditions for the “From Soil to Stars” project, there to support his only younger sister, Tirakarn, who is giving it her all on stage in hopes of being selected. But while singing, Karn misses a step and falls off the stage. Rada, another contestant, quickly calls an ambulance.
The competition staff scold Karn for not watching where she was going, unaware that she is actually blind. Once the judges and team learn the truth, Karn is disqualified from the selection.
Tevich feels sorry for his sister, knowing how much the competition meant to her. Karn pleads with him to carry on the dream she can no longer pursue. So Tevich steps onto the stage to sing. When he finishes, the audience erupts into thunderous applause, moved by the emotion in his performance.
Not long after the audition, Tevich is informed that he has been selected. This means Karn will have to stay home alone, but fortunately Payut, their neighbor who secretly likes her, volunteers to take care of her, putting Tevich at ease.
In the “From Soil to Stars” project, the 10 selected contestants must live together in a house for several months, training and developing skills in singing and acting. Viewers will vote by phone to decide who stays and who goes.
